About this property

Catawba island- Lake View and steps from Miller’s Ferry

This is a townhouse apartment located steps away from Miller’s Ferry, on Catawba Island. About 100 steps from the Ferry property and about 200 steps to the shore! This is a quiet location within a triplex. There are two upstairs bedrooms with new floors upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has a full bathroom and both bedrooms have TVs. Downstairs boasts a living room and adjacent half bathroom. Kitchen has a cozy sit in dining room with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. This year we added a washer and dryer. There is a patio area with propane grill and with table umbrella and plenty of seating.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is a wonderful property right near Miller’s ferry and all the activities on Catawba Island. The only thing I would ask the owner would be to update the new Wi-Fi settings on the website.

Once again our VRBO experience did not disappoint!!! There were some hiccups, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Brendan was very good at answering any questions that we had. We do need to apologize for forgetting to bring the upstairs bathroom trash down to the trash bag we set out when we left!! Sorry guys, and thank you for the extra nights stay!!!
