Oak Harbor waterfront condo with upper balcony views & boat dock on the shores of Lake Erie. Great for families, vacationers, bird watching, shooting and fishing. Located on the inlet to Lake Erie with boat dock access. This top floor unit has enclosed balcony views overlooking the water. Fish right off the dock just steps away or take your boat out to the lake.

This top floor unit has enclosed balcony views overlooking the water and is perfect for bird watching. Fishing with charters on site. A fish cleaning station, swimming pool, and pickle ball court are available for use as well.

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee maker and other amenities.

Unit includes: Living Room with Roku TV and WI-Fi. Sofa and love seat that pull out into sleeper sofas. Kitchen with full-sized appliances, eat at peninsula countertop, stocked with cooking supplies. Balcony with a view of the channel and lake. Full-sized bathroom with tub/shower is stocked with towels and linens. Washer/Dryer. Bedroom with queen-sized bed and TV. Upstairs loft with a bunk bed with queen and twin bed and half bath. Covered carport.

40 min to Cedar Point. 15 min to Port Clinton and the jet express to Put'n/Bay. 20 min to Maumee Bay State Park. 30 min to Marblehead. Minutes away from Davis Besse, Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, and Magee Marsh, some of the best birding locations in Ohio.

Pets allowed only after arrangement. Smoking is not allowed. For renters bringing their own boat and who plan to use the boat dock, per Greencove condo association, renters are required to purchase a one time $15 boat pass and provide proof of boaters insurance

We absolutely love this property. It was the perfect place and location to dock our boat for a long weekend and explore the area. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed. We can't wait to stay here again.

Very nice place

Very well kept condo. Nicely decorated and furnished. Hostess is very accommodating and helpful. The boat dock is perfect and the fish-cleaning house is first rated. Plan to return.

Lake Erie Love

The location was prime to daily fishing and many activities. The owner was very friendly and the communication was great, very prompt. Our family loved the stay and will be returning very soon. The condo was fabulous with a warm cozy lake side vibe. Everything you need was provided except groceries of course. Overall this condo exceed our expectations and the sunsets are gorgeous from the enclosed porch. Thank you again for making our stay memorable.

Perfect place especially for fishing. The ease of docking and being on the lake nearly immediately saves a ton of headache.

Great stay for birding

The condo was very clean and well decorated. Very close to all the birding hot spots and a great ice cream place. Check in was easy and it had pretty much everything we needed. The mini reese cups were a nice treat. Only negative and not related to the actual place itself was wild wings down the road. I would not eat there. They seemed very understaffed and did not acknowledge our presence or clean the table in the 10 minutes we were there. We left.Overall great stay!
