About this property

Cute cabin on 1.5 acres in Mt Nathan, just 15 mins to movie world & wet n wild

Our beautiful and peaceful property is on 1.5 acres , we have a fire pit, dam, wild birds that we feed, ducks, chickens, ( fresh eggs daily ) a dam, plenty of space to move around and still close enough to local shopping and theme parks. The cabin is only 12 months old with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a compostable toilet. It has a sofa lounge for extra guests, dining room, kitchen, lounge with tv and wifi available. You have access to a washing machine and dryer if required. We supply towels and sheets. Kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee. If you love reading there are books available to read while sitting on the deck in the sun ☀️
Car parking available near the cabin.

The cabin was purchased for my elderly dad with dementia however he passed away just a few weeks before it was ready for him to move in so I decided to use the space for others to enjoy

Why they chose this property

We chose to live here because it on 1.5 acres, with space to have chickens and veggies but only 5 min from town

What makes this property unique

There is loads of space, wild birds visit, had a big kangaroo visit once which was great and there are lots of trees and grass
