This beach apartment of 120m² is on the first and second floor of the high standard villa and has its own separate entry.

a bedroom for two and a direct access to the terrace, a walk-in closed, a bathroom with a tub, a separate WC, a kitchen and a huge salon and living. The salon is equipped with a TV station (Jerzey channels available) as well as a HiFi station and a fireplace.
