2019年に3つ星に分類された、新しく改装されたアパートメント。
理想的なロケーション（都心部から徒歩7〜8分）、非常に静かで快適、きちんとした装飾があり、一年中観光客や活気ある街の海やお店に近い。 SNCF駅は徒歩約15分で、バスが非常に便利です。
大きな溝のビーチへのアクセスは徒歩2分です。
港もアパートの近くにあります（徒歩5分）。岸壁では、多くのイベントが行われ、
「Amazing Travellers」、「Quai des Bulles」、「Route du Rhum」など。

Gastgeber war freundlich und immer pünktlich sowie um unser Wohl besorgt. Die Toilettenspülung, die nicht funktionierte, wurde umgehend sogar am Heiligen Abend repariert.

Perfect stay!

We spent a fantastic week at Jacqueline’s apartment. The property manager greeted us upon checkin, and explained the workings of the apartment. She was kind, thoughtful, professional, and an absolute pleasure. The apartment is bright, spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and very well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home, including a Nespresso machine and full size refrigerator/freezer. The shower is great, the bed comfortable, and the view to the ocean is fantastic! We love the picture windows, and happily spent hours enjoying the view. This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed, and would love to return.

Lage, Lage, Lage

Neben der ausgesprochen günstigen Lage (Strand, Altstadt) überzeugt diese Ferienwohnung vor allem durch ihre Ausstattung. Selten habe ich so eine gut ausgestattete Küche in einer Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Neben ausreichend Geschirr gab es allerlei Kochutensilien, so dass man alles kochen, backen, braten kann, wenn man das möchte. Fußläufig ist die Altstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften zu finden. Wir haben uns in Saint Malo und natürlich in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Four friends in France

The four of us had a great stay at this apartment for two weeks. It was a nice location, very clean, nicely renovated apartment. We were able to cook in the kitchen and walk and ride bikes to many sites. The sea views from the large double windows were priceless. Many thanks, Rachel

Tout était parfait. L'appartement est situé à quelques minutes d'intra muros et encore plus près de la plage avec une vue sur mer exceptionnelle. Il est de surcroit bien équipé en tout et vaste. L'accueil a été très chaleureux de même que la remise des clefs en fin de séjour. Celà donne envie d'y revenir.

Great location and beautiful apartment

We loved staying at this apartment in St. Malo. Across the street was the beach and a great view of the National Fort. It was less than a ten minute walk to the old walled city with its shops and restaurants. The whole place was renovated and modern. We had two full bathrooms with nice showers. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. We rented a car so the designated parking spot was a plus. Laurance who manages the place was friendly and helpful. We paid a reasonable fee for linens to be provided. The cleaning fee and that had to be paid in cash, so bear in mind you’ll need euros in hand. Like all European washer/dryer combos we’ve encountered, the washer is great and the dryer not so much. Just use the drying rack provided to air dry. We had heard the water was cold for swimming. Being from Massachusetts, we found the water warm! It was great. Very much the same temperature as beaches in Rhode Island or the warm side of Cape Cod and certainly warmer than the North Shore or Maine beaches. All in all, we loved it. Beautiful place and very comfortable for 4 people. I’d rent it again even as just a couple.

Beautiful view, near old town, but some defects

Beautiful sea view, wonderful site near old town. Just a few defects inside: slippery floor which caused me to fall once; microwave strangely placed at head height or above, so that it could have been easy to spill boiling liquid on yourself; strange decor with pictures of a red-eyed elephant and African women with deformed heads. Très belle vue sur mer, situation parfaite près de la vieille cité, mais quelques problèmes à l'intérieur. Plancher glissant (je suis tombée une fois); le four à microondes à l'hauteur de la tête - on pourrait facilement renverser du liquide chaud; décor étrange avec des peintures d'un gros éléphant aux yeux rouges et des femmes africaines à la tête déformée.

Prestations, emplacement au top emplacement

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans notre ville préférée, le soleil était là et le vent aussi ! Mais quelle magnifique lumière. L'appartement est parfait, équipement complet, déco sympa, le confort de la literie est un plus et que dire de ma vue préférée: La plage du Sillon et le Fort National, on ne se lasse pas de regarder les couchers de soleil et les lumière changeantes, marée haute, marée basse, les pastels et les éclats emeraudes. Et cerise sur le gâteau: une place de parking intérieure! On reviendra bien sûr. Merci pour votre sérieux à tous les niveaux... Annie Jean-Paul

Emplacement idéal vue parfaite

L emplacement du logement est parfait, 5mn intra muros, 30 secondes de la plage. L arrivée le départ tout via la conciergerie contact parfait et hyper réactif. Parfait pour 2 couples. 2 chambres 2 toilettes 2 salles d eau. Bref idéal pour un séjour Malouin.

Le charme de Saint Malo

Location confortable et particulièrement bien située en accès direct à la plage, la piste cyclable et l’intra muros. La vue est juste magnifique sur la plage du sillon. A noter que, malgré la proximité avec la route, l’appartement est très très bien insonorisé et les chambres au calme (quel bonheur de dormir sans bruit). Enfin, et ceci à toute son importance notamment lors de périodes de fortes affluences, une place parking réservée en sous terrain à 30m. Je recommande+++
