Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return kayaks to their designated area Ensure all outdoor furniture is in its proper place Store furniture cushions in the storage bin Clean and cover the grill if used Cover the fire pit if used
Clear all food from the kitchen and fridge Place all used towels and washcloths on the bathroom floor Turn off all fans Set AC to 76°F (or heat to 68°F if applicable) Lock all windows
🗑️ Trash Reminder Trash pickup is Monday mornings around 4:00 AM. We recommend rolling the bin out to the driveway Sunday evening so you don't miss it!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For insurance and safety purposes guests will be sent a rental agreement/waiver form to sign upon booking.
Please note that per the rental agreement we require a picture of your government issued ID to verify identity.
