Immodreams - Le Refuge - Avoriaz

Ideally located in the Ruches District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski vacation in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity to the Sherpa supermarket for friendly or family evenings. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a large comfort rapido sofa bed. The entrance has numerous storage spaces as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.



Optimized for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After renovating the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.



You will have access to 100% of the apartment.



We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.



The beehive district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski departure and arrival on the slopes all season long.



2 possibilities for arrival are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Prodains or the Welcome. It is recommended that you take a shuttle if very loaded, thanks to the public elevator of Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the 3S cable car of Prodains.



We have chosen to include sheets and towels in the rental price. A bottle of champagne will await you to welcome you. This way, you can leave peacefully for your vacation, everything is included!

Fantastic accommodation

We had such a great stay here. We appreciated the extra space having 2 bedrooms and the living space was comfortable. The kitchen was fantastically stocked with lots of crockery, cookware and basic food items. There was a great drying room inside the apartment for all our ski gear. True ski in-ski out and close to the action but far enough away to be quiet. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Comfortable well-equipped apartment and lovely property managers

We were 3 middle aged men and this suited us perfectly. Just walkable from Prodains in heavy snow- easier going back. Easy and fast check in. Friendly and efficient staff - Johann and Lucie were great and we felt well-supported. Apt is warm - controllably so- and good design with separate bedrooms and lounge area. Good ski and boot store. So many hooks! 2 coffee machines. Generally lots of nice little touches like plenty of loo roll and basic food stuffs eg oil and salt. Lift down to the piste side. Short walk to the Sherpa for morning baguette etc. pizza takeaway and restaurants also from c50m away. Slight disco noise and occasional piste basher passing but standard for Avoriaz. A great holiday.

Le couchage est confortable. L’emplacement est idéal. Le coin rangement des skis est fortement apprécié, surtout le chauffe bottes. Il manque un peu de vaisselle.

Merci pour votre réactivité et votre sympathie. Appartement très bien équipé, au calme et parfait pour 5/6 personnes. Le local pour les skis et les chaussures est un vrai plus. Un balcon aurait été super pour compléter cet appartement. Départ et retour ski au pied sans problème.

Excellent!

A great apartment that was comfortable, cosy and well equipped! Ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Quiet location but very close to all amenities-supermarket, ski hire, shops and restaurants/bars. Plus, direct access to ski slopes so ski in/out. Excellent communication with Johann and he even popped by to say ‘hello’ on arrival.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

An incredible apartment. Every detail has been thought of. There is nothing missing in the kitchen, bathroom, as if you are at home and it is immaculate. It is very close to everywhere, 2 minutes to the children's ski school, 4 minutes to the supermarket, 5 minutes to the ski rental, within walking distance. And of course Johan is the perfect host. Always relevant from the first welcome to the last day. He solved the problem we had with the transfer company by offering alternatives in the most accurate way in 5 minutes, and went beyond that and helped our interim transfer. It was an experience that made our holiday unforgettable, thank you very much Johan.
