Completely renovated with taste in autumn 2022, this magnificent apartment has been very well optimized for 4 thanks to 2 separate sleeping areas!



This apartment completely renovated is located on the 8th floor of the Alpages 1 residence:



- Entrance with independent WC on the right

- Bathroom with shower, sink unit and mirror

- To the left of the entrance a first sleeping area with double bed (140 x 190 cm)

- Cabin with 2 simple bunk beds on the right after the bathroom

- Living area with corner sofa, bench and dining table, open equipped kitchen

- Access to a small Southeast-facing balcony



You will have access to the entire apartment.



We are present at the station and available at any time if needed



In the heart of the Crozats district, you will be just a few steps from the hyper center of Avoriaz thanks to the public escalators!!



All shops, restaurants and supermarkets within approximately 300m.



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort and 100% accessible by ski or sledge.



End of stay cleaning, sheets & towels as well as made beds upon arrival are included in the cleaning and laundry package

Amazing ski apartment!

Great place for up to 4 to stay. We stayed here for the week and it was an easy check in despite arriving very late in the day, the snow kart takes you right to the apartment from the welcome centre. The apartment is modern, clean, with everything you need for a ski holiday! Lucie and Johann were extremely responsive throughout our stay even on the weekends! If we come back to Avoriaz we won’t hesitate to stay here again!
