Welcome to this unique apartment. Unique indeed as it features a balcony covered with a glass roof. This apartment renovated in 2018 offers services up to your expectations; 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet at the entrance and a large living room compose this exceptional property. Very close to the city center, you will enjoy a welcome calm in the evening.
This magnificent apartment is composed of:
- An entrance with its storage closet (hiding a washing machine) and independent bathroom.
- A few steps lead you into the magnificent living room/kitchen with a large dining table, sofa and armchair area with its fireplace.
- The master bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) provides access to a loggia area (former closed balcony) ideal for a children's playroom.
Upstairs you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) as well as 2 bunk beds (80x190cm).
- 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub) are located between the two bedrooms upstairs.
- The second bedroom on the upper floor also has a bunk bed corner (80x190cm) for children as well as a Queen-size bed (160x190cm).
- A large storage room in front of the apartment entrance allows storing all ski equipment.
This apartment is perfectly suited for 2 families with children. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its cellar.
The beds are made for your arrival and household linens provided. End-of-stay cleaning included.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
