Waterfront House, 2 Bdr, 2 Bath, Boat Lift, Trailer Parking, and 2 Kayaks

The house is on the water across from Sanibel Island at the end of Monroe Canal. Enjoy the awesome view from the deck overlooking the mangroves and water.
Bring your boat, boat lift is available for boats up to 5,000lbs and/or up to 24ft.
Launch the included kayaks, or just sit back on the deck and watch the boats and dolphins. Great fishing awaits you in the sound, or head out into the Gulf for a really big catch.
This property is at the end of the canal, which greatly decreases your no-wake time navigating canals, both going out and coming back in. Monroe Canal Marina boat ramp is just up the canal.

You will find it very clean, along with great WIFI throughout!

Pine Island is more of a slow island-type tempo than even the rest of western Florida. There are several bars and restaurants close by, but no high-rise condos on Pine Island. The neighborhood is mostly seniors and families with grandchildren.
Frequent visitors from the sea include dolphins and manatees right in front of the house.

Ample parking in the driveway for a boat trailer. Boat and Golf Cart rentals available near by.
Saint James City is a street legal golf cart community!

Great location on the Monroe Canal. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The boat lift is a huge bonus for this house as well. At end of the road so not much traffic at all and very quiet in the evenings and night. We loved the location for boating just a short 5 min idle and your on the ICW. Lots of marine life dolphins and manatees every day and seen a few stingrays. Highly recommend and we will stay there again later this year.

The house was perfect for us! We absolutely loved the view and ease of access with our boat. This is a paradise for people who like to fish. Watching all the boats come in and out of the canal was fun. The accommodations were fine. We wish there was a king size bed. The home had everything we needed.
