Great for family or groups sharing.
3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 full kitchens, washer/dryer. Accommodates 10 comfortably. All pillow top beds, Upstairs 1 king, 1 queen & 1 memory foam pull out. Downstairs 1 queen & 1 memory foam pull out. In the heart of Matlacha tucked away yet walking distance to town. Bring your own boat/kayaks, available for use fishing roads, bicycles, boat dock, boat lift is not available Boat launch less than 5 minutes away. We have multiple properties in close proximity for large groups.

Had an Awesome time catching Giant Snook and Redfish! The house was clean and very comfortable, was outfitted with everything we needed and was in a perfect location.

Great property! Nicely updated. Nice interior. The best part if the house is the "Florida room" all window/sliding doors. Very nice space to hang out, play games, large table. Fun weekend!

Family Reunion

The house is great. Very roomy and comfortable. If I had one negative it would be that they need to stock the kitchen a little better and they need more bedding to accommodate the pull out couches. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Hi RJ I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the house to be comfortable for your entire family. We have 2 kitchens fully stocked and every bed has extra linens including the pull out couches. I’m sorry you had trouble finding what you were looking for. As we stated in our welcome message we are available to all our guests should anything come up during your stay, wished you would have given us the opportunity to exceed your expectations. Perfect Matlacha for a group!

House was super cute inside! Space was perfect for multiple families, pull out couches were very comfortable! Plenty of towels and both bathrooms and well stocked with linens. Large dining room table was perfect for our group. The host had wonderful communication and check on us multiple times! Would definitely recommend this house!
