You will enjoy direct Ocean views and amazing sunrises from the balcony and even the couch...!! Located in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach, lies this hidden gem!
This is a 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom condo, Newly Renovated!
There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa pullout in the living room. full size kitchen with abundant storage and 2 Amazon Fire Start TV's for your entertainment!
Centrally located so you are within walking distance to a diverse array of dining venues and local entertainment. This location is a busy downtown area. Breathtaking views of the rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center, from the balcony of the condo!
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals, 1 hour from Disney & Universal Studios, and only 50 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Come explore Cocoa Beach has to offer, from relaxing beach days to exciting nearby attractions.

The kitchen has everything you need, stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots & pans, silverware, glassware, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room besides having an unbelievable view, has a sofa with a pull out Queen memory foam mattress, and a 40in TV with free WiFi. The bathroom has a tiled shower with a stone floor which includes soap, towels and hair dryer.
The bedroom, includes sheets, and pillows. This unit also has a washer and dryer. All units are thoroughly cleaned after all guests.
Outside on our balcony you will find stairs that will take you directly to the beach on your private path. We supply a beach umbrella, beach towels, sand chairs, cooler and boogie boards. The balcony also has a shower, to rinse off after the beach, plus a table with chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning while you watch our beautiful sunrises.

Nice clean condo, full stocked kitchen and lovely view of the ocean. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view. Close to everything you need, you can walk to restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc.

Amazing location just steps from the beach and the heart of downtown. Quaint little apartment but had everything we needed for a fantastic stay! Hosts were responsive and accommodating!

Owners were very easy to communicate. Location is great. Right on beach and close to restaurants, nightlife. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided were dated. Not enough towels, basic necessities (ie; tp)

Great beach vacation

This was an amazing spot to stay! We had a blast being able to just walk straight to the ocean or to the coffee shop or any of the close by restaurants! Definitely coming back soon

We own JB Shuttle, a small local, personable, transportation company, we have Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 15 passenger van. We can help you with your transportation needs. We love meeting people and we also love to go camping and go on cruise's.
