Renovated 1904 vintage home, 6 miles from Slippery Rock University in a quiet, rural neighborhood. Sleeps 8. Large open living room and kitchen area, dining room and sitting room/library with sleeper sofa. Smart TVs in living room, large bedroom and basement rec room. . WIFI and YouTubeTV. Large wraparound porch with gas grill. This home may have minor flaws you might expect with any 120 year old house. Pesticides are used sparingly, so you may encounter the occasional mosquitoe, spider, ant, butterfly, ladybug, etc.
The space Relaxing home with 1900 charm and character. Clawfoot tub in original bathroom. Nicely equipped kitchen for family meals. The second sitting area includes a piano and a nice selection of reading material for a “take one - leave one” book exchange, as well as several puzzles. There are several mature shade trees surrounding the house which provide a lovely breeze. Self check in using keypad. Or owner can meet you at check in, if preferred. For security, there are exterior only cameras. Guest access The third floor attic and a storage room in the basement are not accessable to guests. The house is surrounded by landscaping and a small grass area.
