Rivers Edge 3B is open concept with two large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking your catch of the day. Master bedroom has king bed, TV and a master bath. Second bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. Outside balcony gives you a nice view of the Steinhatchee River and a place to enjoy your favorite beverage while enjoying the gulf breezes. Condo includes Dock and boat slip, and pool.

Rivers Edge Scalloping Trip

Great property overall

Overall a great condo for scalloping vacation. Unfortunately the elevator was broken which made packing everything to leave pretty rough with it being on the top floor

We stayed here for our scallop vacation. Easy boat dock access, nice pool, beautiful and clean condo. The condo have everything you need! Just bring your clothes and food! Can’t wait to vacation here again.

Scalloping paradise stay

We came to scallop and resting our heads here was great, very convenient location. We loved having the pool, boat slip and watching the fireworks from the deck. Everything was clean and fresh. We ate out mostly, and enjoyed karaoke next door. Property manager was helpful about TV /DVD. Internet was not working at the time. Daughter needed it for iPad, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. All around great time, great place.

What a view!!

Excellent location on the river overlooking pool, sail boats and your own personal boat dock. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Locker on first floor very convenient for boat equipment, rod and reels etc. Washer /Dryer in the unit was a bonus! SUPER comfy beds. I meant to look and get the name of the King mattress as I had the best night's sleep. The recliners in the photo are NOT the same; they have been replaced with swivel rockers. Glass doors in main bathroom need a little maintenance; they were not on track, and we were so afraid they were going to fall and break. They would not slide/close. THIS CONDO WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!!

scalloping 2023 June

There were a few things that should be addressed. The toaster master coffee pot leaks water. We got the coffee maker ready the night before and woke up to a drenched kitchen. No handle for one side of reclining sofa. swivel chair's instead of recliners in photo. Elevator was not working Wednesday morning when we to pack up and leave the 3rd floor with 4 flights to fo with all our coolers and luggage. My husband has bad knees. This was a real hardship for him. Which is too bad. We had a wonderful time scalloping. And we look forward to doing it again next year but on a much lower level.

Location is awesome, love the pool, love the layout of the condo.

So the day we checked in, we found out that the elevator is not working at all. It was 60 steps up to our unit and my wife and I are 72 years old. Carrying three coolers, groceries, drinks, ice, etc., etc. etc. Not at all a fun day for me or my family. This should’ve been communicated to us prior to our arrival. The condo itself is nice and I love the layout and the pool and the docking situation and the actual location on the river, but the place is showing a lot of age considering it’s not that old but I understand the weather has beat it up pretty well. Also… Our unit was never serviced or cleaned before our arrival and we didn’t find this out until we got back to the condo at 6 PM and the cleaning didn’t take place until about 7:30 PM. Beds had been slept in and never changed and made, all of the sinks, filthy, bathroom, dirty, etc. Not nice. Absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable in my opinion. And the thing is it’s very hard to call anybody or contact anyone in reference to these units. Half of the people we talked to didn’t know where the unit was wanted to know the ZIP Code wanted to know the name, etc. etc. etc. it’s like they had no clue who we were or where we were. Very frustrating. finally someone showed up to clean it but not a great start. We had already started washing the sheets and towels, etc. before the guy came to service the unit. There is no excuse for this in my opinion. Mistakes happen, but then you can’t even get a hold of anyone.

Everything was great except communication. I was given a number to text with questions, but I'd text and wouldn't get a reply. Then I received a text saying the washer and dryer repair man is coming the day we are there. The same day! Also, I sent a text asking if the boat slips were assigned, before we arrived, and the answer was "yes, look in the welcome manual. " Well, I couldn't look in the manual because we were in the boat, due to us arriving before the 4pm check in time. This issue could be resolved if that info would simply be placed in the on line check in process. Overall, everything was good. It was very clean and well stocked. Great location too!

Wonderful Place

Location to the water is unbeatable! Boat docks right there and plenty of truck and trailer parking. Bring bug spray though, early morning and evening for a couple of hours are brutal! Location issue not property or owner issue. Have stayed here a couple of times and highly recommend
