WHAT OUR GUESTS LOVE:
Our guests love the home's prime location, being so close to the stadium, while having privacy in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees with relaxing views of the surrounding mountains. They also love that our home can accommodate several groups of friends or family with 3 bedrooms split between two floors, each with their own bathroom, and plenty of parking for at least 7 cars.
HOME LAYOUT:
The home can be divided into two separate living spaces, main level and lower level each with their own entrance, and one shared kitchen.
MAIN LEVEL:
(2 bedrooms, 3 beds)
Bedroom #1 = 1 King bed.
Bedroom #2 = 2 Queen beds.
Living Room= Couch, 2 side chairs, and dining table that seats 8-10.
Kitchen= with breakfast table that seats 6.
Bathroom = shower
Outdoor Front Porch = Table and seating for 6-8 people.
LOWER LEVEL:
(1 studio and 1 bedroom, 4 beds)
Bedroom #3 = 2 Queen beds.
Living Room= 1 Queen Tempurpedic bed & 1 queen pull-out couch
Bathroom = shower
Outdoor Back Patio = Table and chairs for 2 people.
Before every guest's stay, the home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned by Family Roots Cleaning & Services, LLC.
The refrigerator and freezer are clean and clear to accommodate any of your perishable foods. Purified drinking water is available through a small faucet near the sink.
Each bedroom has closet space to hang personal clothing items. Each bathroom provides toiletries for you and your guests, including shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste, sunblock, etc.
Additional Amenities:
- Hot water baseboard whole house heating system
- Window unit air conditioning in main level living room 1 and bedrooms 1 & 2, plus ceiling fans during warmer months.
- Clean bed linens with down blankets and pillows
- Clean bath towels
- Wireless Internet
- 50in Smart Fire TV w/ computer hook up (NO CABLE)
- Kitchen fully equipped - Nespresso machine with capsules, milk frother, coffee maker, Sodastream, filtered water, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, electric tea kettle, blender, etc.
- Outdoor Propane Grill
- Outdoor fire pit with benches (wood provided) with beautiful views of Mt. Nittany & Bald Eagle Mountains
- Long private driveway, parks 7 cars
Check-in time is after 4:00pm. Check-out time is 12pm noon.

I'm originally from New Jersey, now living in State College working at Penn State. I love hosting because it allows for more accommodating comfortable living spaces for families and friends returning to the area for nostalgic Penn State experience. It also creates a more personal human connection between hosts and guests and supports local residents.

We love this neighborhood because it is around the corner from Beaver Stadium in a natural environment and surrounded by Penn State land. There are plenty of biking and walking trails to parks. It's a little oasis in State College being so close but very easy to access downtown and campus.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
Our property is in a natural private setting bordered by trees. What I love the most is the mountain views out the windows. This modest yet stylish home has a prime location to Beaver Stadium with million dollar views of Mt Nittany and the Bald Eagle mountain ranges. We have a long driveway with plenty of parking, an open porch, and a fire pit for a relaxing time outdoors.
