In a haven of greenery, at 300m from the beach and from the village, very charming provencal villa of approx. 160sqm, for 8-10p with 4 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, 1 Master bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and independent wc. Living-room with a full-height library and apparent beams. Open kitchen with high-end appliances (MIELE dishwasher, big size SMEG induction stove, Thermomix,...). MIELE Washing Machine and Dryer in the laundry. 1 additional independent bedroom with integrated shower and wc.
On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 children bedroom with bunk beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower and an independent wc.
Reversible Air-conditioning in all rooms, 9x5m swimming pool (protected by an alarm) surrounded by a very large teak deck, large al fresco dining space with a plancha bbq under a beautiful pergola, integrated in the garden.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir, mein Mann und ich waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus ( allerdings schon sehr oft in Rayol und Cavalière) und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Pool, eine wunderschöne Terrasse, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht - alles sehr hochwertig- und auch sehr schön, abends haben wir die Beleuchtung des Gartens sehr bewundert und man läuft nur 5-6 Minuten zum Strand. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, ideal auch zum Lesen und zur Erholung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir waren mit insgesamt 8 Personen in dem schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Aussenbereich mit Liegen und weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten sowie dem angenehm geheizten Bereich Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder
