Parents DAy stay

As advertised. Clean, convenient to Wofford. Comfortable beds. Only heard the train once. Wasn’t an issue. I’d stay again.

Clean and plenty of seating good price. Parking is street parking and not alot to cook with.

Clean and plenty of space for family of 6. Close to colleges and not far from 26. Only street parking on a corner. This is a remodel so minimum pots and pans and no face clothes or pot holders. Nothing to bake with. Would definitely rent from owner again.

Not anything like the pictures

This property was not kept up at all and the pictures are not very accurate. There were holes patched poorly and not painted over and there was a rotting tree that dropped a limb right near the adults and we decided to not stay with children here.

The worst

Very dirty. Couldn’t get a hold of the owners to get it cleaned right away. Owner response time is very slow. When confronted about the issue, they did not like it. After a few msgs back and forth, they sent the cleaning lady. Then we received the msg “if it’s not good enough for you, move out so we can get it ready for our next booking.” Very disappointed

Clean and convenient

The house is as advertised. It was very clean. We selected it based on location and were satisfied. The beds were OK. Limited kitchenware, but we weren't planning on cooking much. Street parking, only 1 other house on street. It doesn't look like the best neighborhood, but we had no issues and felt perfectly safe. We had an issue with check in, but it was related to the app and not management. Responses were very quick from the manager. Overall it is very adequate, but not the place if you want luxury. There is some train noise. It didn't bother us and the trains were most active the morning we were leaving.

Do not rent this property

This rental is in a bad neighborhood and it makes you feel extremely unsafely When you refuse to stay there the owner will keep your money. Please do not waste your money and time on this house!!

It was fine but probably won’t stay here again

We started with some issues and the host was accommodating and even refunded us some money… (they had a schedule mix up and didn’t have the place cleaned, beds unmade, trash cans full, etc. They had their cleaning lady come out at 11PM and clean the place, poor lady. ) One thing I wish I really knew before booking was that it was RIGHT BY THE RAILROAD! We had an 11 month old and it was lovely to hear the train blaring it’s horn every 15 minutes after 4AM… woke up just about everyone who stayed with us. Other than that it was fine but EVERY time that train passed, oh man…. Host was very nice though and helpful.

Highly recommend

Great place to stay. Super new property. It is a residential neighborhood so if that’s not your thing, then I would stay somewhere else. For me and my family, it was perfect. Convenient to everywhere and host responded quickly several times during our stay.
