Excellent Location, Basement Apartment, very clean fairly new. One bedroom with queen bed, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Private exterior entrance. Parking for one car. No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property.

Great location central to many amenities in Greenville, SC. Not too far of a drive to downtown Greenville.

Max two people. No linens provided for monthly stays. Month to month rent.

Only toilet paper down the toilet and flush in between if you are putting excess. Nothing else in the toilet please.
Park on the left side of the driveway or street parking. Come to backyard through the gate, key will be in electric box on the right side of the door.
