The Travelers Cottage is perfect for a stay in Travelers Rest. The cottage is located in downtown, close to restaurants, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a park and shopping. It features two bedrooms with two bathrooms, perfect for a family or friends enjoying a getaway. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. After a day enjoying the trail, you can sit on the back patio with your favorite beverage. Located closed to Furman University and North Greenville University, this house is perfect for a visit to a student or to see a game or other event.

TRavelers Cottage features a mix of vintage and modern decor to make a cozy space for you and your guests. Enter into the open floor plan living room and kitchen. Spend time watching TV, playing games, doing puzzles, listening to records in the living area. Enjoy snacks and meals at the unique bar made of old piano parts. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal. The cottage has two bedrooms, on either side of the living area, which provides for privacy for guests.

I have stayed at this location several times and I love it. It is very unique and well done. Very clean, very comfortable. There is a conversational piece in every room, love it. The hostess is always wonderful.

I usually don't write reviews until I've been home a few days, but I wanted to write this one right away. The cabin was the cutest thing we have stayed at in a long time. The location was great. My husband said this is the only place he will stay if we return to Travelers Rest (and we will)!

Travelers Rest cottage was amazing. It was beautiful inside and out. It had everything I needed and was very clean. The host was very kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay there the next time I go to Travelers Rest.

The cottage was tucked away, peaceful, well stocked, and simply perfect. We could walk to TR downtown or easily drive and park. Everything we needed was less than 5 minutes drive: groceries, shopping, and restaurants. We walked to Chicora Alley which is right around the corner-string recommend. The drive to downtown Greenville was under 20 minutes. A special thank you to our host who offered an earlier check in. We were road weary and gratefully accepted. We plan to return.

My granddaughter attends Furman and I have assisted with moving her in and out several times. This was our first time to stay in Traveler’s Rest and first time to rent a cabin…. A wonderful decision! This cabin was so adorable (also very clean and quaint). It was equipped with everything we needed (and extras) for our stay, and close to Furman, restaurants, and nearby shops.Christi and Doug were great hosts and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. I highly recommend this cute property to anyone wanting to visit Traveler's Rest. I hope to return again!

Great location, clean, cozy, modern vintage decor, very functional for travelers who like to avoid dining out. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, a/c works great, area is quiet. Covered space in the back to store our bikes. Cottage design with living area in the center and bed/baths on opposite sides is great! Close to Swamp Rabbit trail and downtown area.

This cottage is nostalgically decorated, thoughtfully appointed in regard to one’s needs, and comfortable (and there are lightning bugs too). Its location is very near downtown Travelers Rest, yet quiet and every window has a view of trees giving a feel of being a little bit out of town. Christi was very helpful and responsive to my questions.

I feel in LOVE with this place! The height of cottage core! It is absolutely lovely both inside and outside. I still can't get over the tasteful design and attention to detail. There is even a record player with the best selection, including Dolly Parton and Elvis Presley. The place is so sparkly clean. I'm talking clean as a whistle. It's amply supplied to meet all of your needs. It's a short walk (with sidewalks) to downtown. We walked to Sidewall Pizza, Sundrift, and Treehouse Cafe. All of which are not to be missed. We are already talking about staying here again.
