Great Room - Great Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our room, common area, and pool area. Property Mgmt. was easy to reach for any questions, and always helpful. The small spiral staircase might be a challenge for some but so worth it to get to the top view.

We enjoyed our stay. Read the reviews before hand and everything that was a issue like shower and stairs has already been said. Would stay here again

Smoke and mirrors! Looks great on the pictures. Main issues for me cold shower with no pressure, A/C unit very noisy, couldn’t sleep with it on, and too hot to sleep with it off. Light outside front door on during the night illuminating the room, rotten wood on the bathroom doorframe attracting bugs, steep and narrow spiral stairs to the room. Good points were clean room, nice pool, good communication from the host.

very nice place. Just beware if you are renting the Aria, you have to climb 2 spiral staircases to get to it. Also beware if you're tall, the ceilings are all slanted and the shower is tiny with a slanted ceiling. Lastly, the hot water in the shower is wonky and you can run out of it if you're showering at the same time as other guests.

Top of the world

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the spacious room at the top of this beautiful home. The stairs are narrow and a little difficult when carrying large luggage or going down in heels. But if you take your time and know what to expect, you will be good - we did just fine (in our 50’s). The shower is very small and it’s easy to hit your head on the sloped ceiling. However, if you’ve cruised and taken a shower in that tiny space, you will be just fine here! Mark, the Inn Keeper, was incredibly friendly and helpful in making suggestions for us during our stay. He made us feel at home and recommended locations that matched our desires.

Location, cleanliness and onsite assistance was excellent. We booked Aria and the listing did say it was up a spiral stair case but there needs to be more emphasis on just how steep and dangerous those stairs are. Especially when wet. We are able bodied and found them very dangerous to navigate. The room was beautiful but not worth having to navigate as we called them by the end of the trip “the death spiral”. After a long day of walking it was a dreaded experience to have to climb them multiple times a day. We will choose a lowere level room next time. But other than that the Azul was excellent.

The innkeeper was very nice and helpful. The common areas and our room were very clean and very nicely decorated! Love the Halloween decorations too…big skeleton out front was a very nice touch! The views were nice however there was quite a bit of construction/painting going on while we were there so not super relaxing environment so we spent more time at other places for the day!
