Lovely accommodation

The apartment had everything we needed and everything was clean and in good working order. Villa Francia is extremely nice and close to the beach and to shopping in the local area + Cannes centre. The pool was amazing. Staff very friendly. Booking and check-in process were easy. We had an amazing holiday and can't wait to come back!

A very nice place, suitable for families

We had a great stay at the apartment in Villa Francia. The apartment was clean and with all necessary amenities. The location and proximity to Cannes was also very nice. We enjoyed the pool area, the tennis court and all the other things. Julien was a very helpfull and friendly host. We hope to come back to this wonderfull place!

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse. Nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Pool. Sehr schnelles WLAN mit mehr als 250 MBit.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend, man sollte aber mit dem Auto fahren, da sonst zu weit. Zum nächsten Bäcker sind wir täglich mit dem Fahrrad gefahren (gesamt ca. 4,5 km).Die Residenz hat ein Parkhaus mit genügend Platz. Wir konnten sogar unsere Fahrräder auf dem Kupplungsträger am Auto lassen.Zur Croisette sind es ca. 40 min zu Fuß (auf dem kürzesten Weg, nicht den Strand entlang). Die Strände unterhalb der Wohnung haben uns aber so gut gefallen, dass wir meist gleich blieben. Direkt hinter dem Strand befindet sich eine viel befahrene Straße, von der man nicht viel hört. Das Wasser war top sauber.Wir empfehlen das Appartement weiter. Danke an Serge für die nette Kommunikation.

Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, es ist alles sehr sauber und die Einweisung war sehr angenehm. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, der Pool mit Aussicht ist toll, allerdings muss man Liegen und Schirme extra bezahlen.Für uns war es eine schöne Urlaubswoche :)

Superbe séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Serge un grand merci à lui. L’appartement est très bien entretenu très fonctionnel. La piscine à débordement avec la vue sur mer est à couper le souffle. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour !

Une semaine au mois de mai

Nous avons passés cinq nuits dans l’appartement avec nos deux garçons (âges de 3 et 5ans). La cuisine bien équipée, l’appartement très propre et un balcon parfait pour les repas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et l’hôte tellement gentil. La plage est à proximité (a pied) ainsi que les commerces. A recommander sans faute !

Super appartement

De la réservation à la remise des clés, la communication a été tout simplement super (5 étoiles). L'accueil de Serge était chaleureux et l'appartement était équipé de petits accessoires pour Pâques. On voit bien qu'André, le propriétaire, et son beau-frère sont des propriétaires formidables qui tiennent à leurs hôtes. L'appartement est super beau et superbement rénové, très propre et calme, avec vue sur le jardin et un bout de mer, les environs sont magnifiques et la piscine au top ! Il ne manque rien ici. Nous avons aussi trouvé l'emplacement super ! La plage est facilement accessible à pied et nous avons marché tous les soirs jusqu'au centre-ville de Cannes. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement. Merci beaucoup André et Serge

L’endroit était adéquat tout aller bien le seul petit problème les salles étaient petites c’était plutôt un endroit pour des familles avec des petits enfants mais à part ça tout était bien.

Très bon séjour , cadre magnifique et André et Serge les propriétaires sont adorables .

Appartement très propre et calme , avec vue sur le jardin et un bout de mer , le cadre est magnifique et la piscine au top ! Andre le propriétaire et son beau frère, sont adorables et nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse , et avec dévouement. Je recommande aux vacanciers qui veulent passer de très bonnes vacances , de louer chez eux , car ils passeront un très bon séjour ! Nous relouerons cet appartement l 'année prochaine .
