Fun stop on our way to Lake Powell. Good views and the stargazing was awesome! Keshia was a great host and we had everything we needed. Loved how secluded the location was.

Had a wonderful mid-October stay with my cousin during the covid craziness! Keshia and Erik were amazing hosts! They were very helpful showing us around and making sure everything ran smoothly. The views are magical and the stargazing is the best I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend this little getaway. The drive from Moab is WORTH IT!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Cassie! You and your cousin were amazing guests. I’m glad you had a nice time here and saw the amazing night sky! Really appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Thank you!
Our stay at Glamping Canyonlands was beyond 5 stars! We stayed in the Mountain tent and every single detail was thought of by Keshia and Eric to make it feel like home. The nights were cool and there were numerous blankets to help as well as a heater for the tent to take the bite of the chill away. There were spare phone cords and a large battery charger for our phones in case we forgot. The entire property was beautiful and it was so quiet at night that you could hear the coyotes howling at night. My fiance and I would 100% return on our next trip to Moab. We are telling all of our friends.
This was my first "glamping" experience and it was well done. The tents are set on platforms and the interior is nicely decorated and functional. The twinkle lights and LED candles really make it look and feel special. There is an campfire ring and wood to purchase onsite. The propane heater in the tent helps to take the chill out of the desert nights. We stayed at this property near the end of September, and the weather was perfect. The location is near the Needles district and Moab and Arches are not too far of a drive. The bathroom is a bit small, but totally understandable given that water is hauled and power is solar. This experience was like camping - only without all the bother because they have clearly thought out and taken care of the details to make it as welcoming and comfortable as possible. The French press coffee in the morning was especially welcomed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

About the host
Hosted by Keshia Joot
We are outdoor enthusiasts; love hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, paddling, mountain biking, snowboarding, etc. As we've gotten older, our pace has admittedly slowed down, but we still get out there whenever we can. We also love food, travel, music, life, our fur babies and a lot of other things.
We've been married since 2012 and best friends since 2006. In fact, it was our honeymoon in the Canyonlands National Park that inspired us to open Glamping Canyonlands, our eco-friendly, off-grid campground. If there is anything specific you'd like to know about us, just ask!
We hope we get the opportunity to meet you in the near future!
Why they chose this property
We choose this property because we cannot think of a more perfect place to live. We have traveled inside the United States and outside. If you ask me now, where is my ideal location, I would say Southern Utah. Ask me in 20 years, I would say the same. This is why I moved here.
What makes this property unique
Stargazing! Most nights you will see the Milky Way without trying. We are close to Canyonlands National Park, The Needles District. French Press coffee served to your tent door every morning around sunrise!
