Very nice Apartment With a great terrace near located to Paris. Excellent communication with Sebastian. The App. has all the things you will need. I Like it very much.

Het appartement is klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien en superschoon. Pluspunt is het prachtige tuintje met terras en prachtige bloemen/planten. We hebben er heerlijk kunnen zitten en gegeten. Er is een vaatwasser, oven/magnetron, ruime douche en een heerlijk bed. Er is ook aan de kinderen gedacht want er zijn spelletjes en een Playstation 3. Het RER station E ( trein) ligt op 10 minuten lopen en heeft een directe verbinding met Disney of de binnenstad van Parijs. Op 5 minuten lopen (en op weg naar t station) zit een heerlijke bakker voor Pain Parisien. De eigenaar van het appartement is erg aardig en behulpzaam. En aangezien we nog lang niet alles hebben gezien van Parijs komen wij zeker nog een keer terug!!

Idealer Standpunkt für eine mehrtägige Städtetour

Unser Aufenthalt in Rosny-sous-Bois war sehr angenehm. Das Appartement ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Besonders haben wir den kleinen Außenbereich mit Esstisch an den heißen Sommertagen zum Frühstücken und am Abend nach den Stadtausflügen genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer prompt, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Standort ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte Besichtigung aller Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris und Umgebung. Mit den Regionalbahnen und der Metro sind alle Orte problemlos erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt etwa 800 m entfernt und ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Dort kann auch ein aufladbarer Pass Navigo erworben werden, so dass alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel genutzt werden können. Das Appartement bietet für bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz.Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Espaço exterior espetacular

Fomos recebidos pelo dono, que nos deu todas as explicações. A partir daí ficámos autónomos. O local é uma rua sossegada, quase sem trânsito. As estações de ReR (comboio) estão a 15 minutos à pé. A estação de Fontenay dá acesso direto á Disneyland e a Paris. A 5 minutos a pé existe uma Boulangerie-Pâtisserie excelente onde pudemos comprar os croissants e as baguetes para os nossos pequenos almoços divinais no espaço exterior. O espaço exterior é suficiente para convidar os amigos residentes para um jantar. O apartamento tem tudo o que é preciso para cozinhar qualquer refeição e para desfrutar. Já havia algumas coisas essenciais na casa e com os mini mercados a 5 minutos também não foi difícil comprar o que precisávamos. Gostávamos de voltar.

Très bel appartement

Très bon séjour les hôtes sont très gentils ils avaient même mis des boissons au frigo appartement très agréable avec sa terrasse et sa cuisine très complète. Guides et plans gracieusement mis à disposition. Logement situé entre Paris et disneyland donc super pour une semaine sur Paris

Magnifique voyage à Paris avec un hébergement merveilleux

Le logement était très décoratif et très propre. On avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et même plus. Il y avait un supermarché et une boulangerie à proximité. De plus, il y a une station de train non loin du logement qui permet de se rendre directement au centre-ville.

Parfait

Super petit appartement. Très bien fini et entretenu. Quartier tranquille. Hôtes accueillants et prévenants. Vraiment une belle découverte.
