The unit was clean and in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Initial communication with the host was responsive and check-in was easy. However, several issues made the stay uncomfortable. Wi-Fi was not available (not initially apparent in the description), and only three of the six space heaters worked, limiting us to using one room to stay warm.The most significant problem was the blocked tub, which caused water to leak through the walls into the downstairs unit. As a result, we were unable to shower and chose to check out early after notifying the host. Unfortunately, the host stopped responding when I requested a refund for the unused days. As a VRBO owner myself, I value fairness and communication, and the lack of response was disappointing.The property was clean, but the heating, plumbing issues, and lack of follow‑up from the host made this a difficult stay.

The description was very short and not mentioning the worst aspects: very noisy place due to heavy traffic road and loud neighbourhood. Not enough isolated. Very dirty rooms, poor electrical safety.

Très mauvaise expérience – à fuir !Dès le matin de mon arrivée, je reçois un message m’informant que la remise des clés ne serait possible qu’à 19h, alors que l’annonce indiquait clairement 17h. La gérante a prétexté qu’un mail m’avait été envoyé pour prévenir… sauf que je n’ai jamais rien reçu.Si elle n’est pas disponible plus tôt, il faut soit indiquer 19h sur le site, soit confier la remise des clés à une autre personne – c’est la base du sérieux dans la gestion d’un logement.J’ai tenté de négocier pour récupérer les clés à 14h. La gérante s’est montrée sèche, désagréable, presque méprisante. J’ai fini par obtenir les clés uniquement parce que je suis resté calme face à son comportement.Le plus choquant ? Après m’avoir envoyé la femme de ménage pour me donner les clés, elle m’écrit encore pour me dire de la remercier…En résumé :Horaires trompeursMauvaise organisationCommunication désagréableLa gérante ne devrait pas être en contact avec les clients. Pour ma part, je n’y remettrai jamais les pieds.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Kommunikation und der Check-in war problemlos. Das Objekt liegt an einer recht stark befahrenen Straße, da sind Ohropax trotz der doppelt verglasten Fenster sinnvoll. Insgesamt waren wir für den Preis sehr zufrieden, es gab Restaurants in der Nähe, einen kleinen Supermarkt und die Metro ist nicht weit weg.

Netter Kontakt, auch über die Nachbarin war möglich. Fenster gut isoliert für Wohnung am Boulevard, Möbel etwas älter. Und das zweite Doppelbett ist sehr klein gewesen. Ich denke Preis-Leistung hat gepasst.
