We would love to come back when we can stay longer. We really appreciated the ability to book one night, as we were doing a weekend cruise of the Whole Hog by convertible, and only needed one night in the area.The entire place was VERY well maintained and the sourdough cinnamon rolls were amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us!

I'd really be nit picking if I had anything negative to say about our stay (,if the owner wanted to really know).This type of setting may or may not be for you but for our family of 4 that includes 2 little ones, the dwelling was very accommodating including too many creature comforts! For my wife who would otherwise have refused to do any kind of camping due to hygiene, says we should come back. I would agree that I would indeed in the future.Our only regret was that we didn't book this trip after some more rain and cooler temperatures to enjoy to fall foliage. We didn't really have a good opportunity to see many of the stars considering the moon was full illumination, but it's also hard to compete with a place like Big Bend national park.I could go on and on about how great of an experience it was for us.

Great stay!

My wife and I had a great experience staying in the Bear tent. David, the host, was super nice and brought us firewood each day and gave us recommendations on places nearby to check out. It’s a nice place to stay and spend some time outdoors!

Great Hidden Gem!

Great Glamping experience to go and get away. Cleanest bathrooms and comfortable beds make this place a step above the rest. It’s a pretty drive to the Buffalo River and close enough to a town if you need anything. A definite recommend!

This property was a dream for us and our kids. We love camping, but it’s gotten a little harder to tent camp in our 40s, so this glamping tent was perfect. The place was so clean, had heat & air, and everything we needed to stay comfortable. We had the place to ourselves and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. Not only was there firewood included, which was so nice, but the host also left us fresh sourdough cinnamon rolls!! They were delicious and our family devoured them. We will definitely book this place again when we want a weekend reset!

Peaceful Relaxation

This was the best little getaway. Quiet, peaceful, calm, clean, safe, and just serene! This was my first Glamping adventure and now I’m sold on Glamping!! This spot is top notch, complete with coffee/tea, muffins, and s’mores! Book your stay with these folks and you will not regret it.

Above and Beyond!

This was our first time “glamping” and they set the bar high! Everything thought of! Beds and AC so comfy! Even things to roast marshmallows thought of! Highly recommended and we will be back!!! 10 out of 10!!

What a great stay!! The high this weekend was 98, I was a little worried it may be too hot, but the owners already had the AC rolling and a fan on as well. We checked in at 4 and by 6:30 the cabin was cool! The bed is sooooo comfy! There is also AC in the bathhouse! Everything was clean, no critters either! Nearby we visited the public beach access and swam at Ludwig Lake (clear water). Must stop at Hagarville Grocery after the lake, best sammiches around and the Cajun peanuts were dang good!! Now back to the stay…. Super private spot, not a soul in sight - what a great weekend in a unique stay! Thanks again!!
