Escape to this newly renovated, 5-acre retreat nestled against the Ozark National Forest. Between Ozone & Clarksville, this private getaway offers comfortable living with modern amenities, inviting indoor spaces & endless outdoor space. The ranch house offers high ceilings in the open concept living room kitchen area great for gathering. In the living room, you'll find comfortable, reclining couches and a 65" smart tv and high speed internet. The fully stocked kitchen has new appliances, including a dishwasher, a 12 cup coffee maker and a large table for eating or playing games. The walk-in pantry offers lots of storage space. The laundry area includes a washer/dryer combo unit as well as additional storage.
Three bedrooms provide restful privacy, each have queen beds, dressers, mirrors, nightstands with lamps & charging ports, ceiling fans and 43" smart TVs. Two bedrooms include closets with hangers and storage space.
The big, bright bathroom has an extra-large shower and a tankless hot water heater means never having to wait to shower. The vanity offers space, a large mirror and a variety of lighting. The linen closet is stocked with towels, washcloths, beach towels, and a First Aid Kit. The house offers plenty of closet space & storage. Step outside to an expansive, covered deck with couches, chairs, tables & gas grill for gathering, grilling & eating and a relaxing, 7-person hot tub. Enjoy a large yard, a firepit, a pond & loads of parking space for trucks, trailers, ATV's, boats, etc. Nearby access to hiking, biking, ATV exploration, boating, fishing, canoeing & kayaking. Only 10 miles from Lake Ludwig, it's public beaches and excellent fishing. A short drive away, you'll find Grumpy's Burger Barn, the Historic Oark Cafe, Haw Creek Falls, The Glory Hole, the scenic Pig Trail, Mount Nebo, High Bank Twin Falls, the Ozark Highland Trails and many other popular destinations.
