Apartment located 50 meters from the lifeguard-patrolled beach at Agosta in the Gulf of Ajaccio (south shore), 5 minutes from Porticcio (ferry departure point), 15 minutes from Campo dell'Oro Airport, and 20 minutes from Ajaccio.
A fully equipped 50 m² apartment on the 1st floor of a small, private, tree-lined, quiet residence with parking and a digital code gate (transmitter provided), close to shops (Spar, bakery, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, tobacco and newsstand, post office, etc.).
Air-conditioned apartment, completely renovated, featuring a 15 m² veranda with large floor-to-ceiling windows (3 m long) and electric roller shutters.
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (new Bultex sofa bed), bedroom with a double bed (new bedding, built-in closets), walk-in shower with a heated towel rack, and a separate wall-mounted toilet.
Fully equipped with brand-new appliances (dishwasher, oven, combination stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, TV, iron, hair dryer...).

.M.Casanova notre hôte nous a accueillit et présenté son appartement .un logement très propre et bien équipé a quelques minutes de la mer avec des commerçants a proximité un parking a disposition .Nous avons pu aller a Ajaccio par la navette qui se trouve a 10 minutes de la résidence ,enfin de très belles vacances. Nous le recommandons pour vos prochaines vacances
