Large villa overlooking the bay of Agay, pool and all comforts

This superb villa, with an approximate surface area of 250m², can accommodate 10 to 12 people in total comfort, facing the bay of Agay. Set in enclosed grounds of almost 2000m², perfectly planted and landscaped, with the Esterel mountain as a backdrop, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet and the breathtaking views. The house is built over 2 levels and is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, you can relax on the large corner sofa in the living room; you can enjoy your meals in the large dining room, which is bright and welcoming thanks to its high ceilings and large windows facing the Estérel massif. Or why not take advantage of the sea-facing terrace with its views over the bay. Whether or not you're keen on cooking on holiday, you'll enjoy all the facilities and space offered by the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, wine cellar, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.), again with a lovely adjoining dining area overlooking the Estérel. Finally, you can relax in the master bedroom, with its magical view over the bay of Agay and the Dramont peninsula. This room has a king-size double bed (180x200) with en suite shower room and wc. Also on the same level, in front of the living room, there is a large terrace facing the sea, with a relaxing lounge where you can enjoy the view at any time of day.
On the lower level (garden level), there is a garage for the owners' private use (possibility of parking 2 to 3 vehicles within the property), a first bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and its shower room, a second bedroom also with a 160x200 double bed and its bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine and hanging area is also available. Finally, there is an independent flat (but connected to the house) for 2 to 4 people, comprising a living room with a double sofa bed, a practical kitchenette closer to the swimming pool, and a bedroom with a 180x200 double bed and en-suite shower room with WC.
In total, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the bedding is brand new.
At the rear of the villa, on the Esterel side, there is a beautiful patio with a pretty fountain, a covered terrace for meals and a barbecue.
At the bottom of the house, out of sight, you'll never want to leave the swimming pool, which is also spacious (around 10 metres by 4 metres with alarm), and you'll enjoy the sun loungers and parasols available.
One of the great advantages is that you can also walk down to the beach at Agay (a large sandy cove), as well as to the local shops and restaurants. St Raphaël town centre is only 15 kilometres away, easily accessible by car, but also by bus and train from Agay station.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
