This corner unit directly overlooks Atlanta's main artery. The area is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide.

All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium , World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets.

Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is.

If you don't mind walking 3 blocks, there is a slightly cheaper and more secure parking garage, with nightly rates around $12 I think.

Great spot walking distance to Convention Center

The condo was beautiful and clean, communication was great, and it was a quick walk to the conference complex. It was great to have a quiet homey place to come back to after a long day, and the balcony was great for morning coffee.

Nice but needs repairs

First , must say that our host was very prompt and helpful every time we had a question or problem. Location to all attractions is great. A City pay to park lot was right next to the building,Walking distance to all we wanted to see. The unit shows its age but was comfortable and clean .The building was very secure with a 24/7 employee at the desk to ring you in. There were some damage to interior doors that I brought to the host attention. (Of course photos online didn’t show missing and broken doors) .When the AC in front room needed repair he quickly had that running fine the next morning.Easy access to and from I 85.

place was nice enough. luckily i didnt have to deal with the parking. i did not love going down to street level to smoke a ciggarette with the honeless people though. i bet i bummed more out than i smoked. but i made sure to not smoke in room or balcony. i would stay there again.

Very cute condo with charm. Clean. Convenient area with parking near. There were people on the street below “hoopin & hollerin” most of night until after 2 am, but it was a Friday when we stayed. That would be my only complaint, no fault of the property owners. I would stay again

Apartment didn’t look anything like pictures

This place was repugnant. Soon as we pulled up it was homeless people everywhere. The building is old. Smelled horrible. People were hanging out in the lobby. Once I got to the apartment, I cannot believe what I witnessed. Everything was extremely raggedy. The bathroom look nothing like the pictures. There was a curtain separating the bedroom in the hallway. It was a hole in the door.. It was just ridiculous. I packed my bags and left immediately.. couldn’t even get a refund. I recommend that this apartment gets taken off the list completely.

The location was great…property host good. The condo is old and needs many repairs. Could not sit at table and chairs since the chairs were wobbly and one had a broken rung. Air conditioner in living room didn’t work. 3 out of 4 bulbs in ceiling fan out or missing, 2 out in bathroom. Door in bedroom broken (like it was punched). Deck furniture broken and holes in the screens. Be careful of cold water as it ran burning hot.

The space needed to be updated. The pictures online felt more updated than the apartment did in person. There were e several maintenance issues where there were no lights in the livingroom ceiling fixture. The air-condition was not adequate to keep the entire apartment cool. But fans were provided to cool the separate bedroom. The neighborhood is loud. There were always people loitering outside the building and there was a lot of street noise. I appreciate the concierge that the building provided and the access restriction madee feel safer. When I checked in with the concierge, she had me in a different apartment than the one the host stated I would be in. I was unsure of what room to occupy, which lead to see me anxiety and fear. It was an affordable price, but definitely one that has some flaws.

Convenient location

It was conveniently located to everything downtown which was nice. We walked everywhere, didn't need a car to sight see. It is a secure building which is a plus. The pictures are accurate of what is in the apartment, however the pictures must have been taken long ago, because they do not represent how it looks now, very old and worn looking, needs refreshing and some new paint, specifically in the kitchen, luckily didn't need to use much in there, only to make coffee. Otherwise, our stay was ok.
