Beautiful Cabin and Location

Our family had a wonderful time here! It was so clean, nicely decorated and perfect for my husband & I and our adult children. Blueberry Lake near the cabin was excellent for fishing and kayaking. The town of Hayward was a fun outing during the day for shopping. Nice firepit with wood provided, and great stargazing at night. Thank you Michael & Marta for allowing our family to stay at your beautiful place!! It felt like home. :)

This property is even better than the pictures make it look. Everything is as described, and the cabin is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and spices/seasoning. I did not find a sheet pan for baking, but there were wire pizza pans and one solid round baking pan. There was a small cast-iron griddle for use on the stove, but if you want to serve larger portions in a short time, you may want to bring your own griddle. The bathrooms had plenty of TP, which is not always the case with rental homes. There were two bathrooms (one site listed it as only one bathroom). There was a hair dryer. We did not see washcloths for the bathroom (one in kitchen), but there were plenty of bath and hand towels. We also did not have shampoo or conditioner, but we had brought our own so that was not an issue for us. If you are particular about your pillows, you may want to bring your own if you have several people staying. There were 4 average thickness pillows and a few very thick pillows. The fire pit has nice wooden benches to sit on. There is a grill that worked well and a nice picnic table. The location worked well for us, as we were visiting a friend on Blueberry Lake. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and added special touches to welcome us for our stay. We will definitely stay at this cabin again and have recommended it to others we know.

Great stay! Extremely clean property that exceeded our expectations. Hosts provided fire wood and supplies for smoores which was very nice! Highly recommend if you are staying in the Hayward area!
