Fantastic stay

The apartment was excellent. Very modern and all good quality furniture and fittings. It was so comfortable. The large balcony had lovely views and got the sun all day long. The complex itself was well maintained and very clean. I can’t wait until we can return and I would recommend to anyone.

Hand over of KEYS could have gone better ,after a few MINOR problems which ERIC and Christel sorted very quickly and the fact that there was no cleaner doing a mid week clean for two weeks

Thank you for your feedback Harry and for your understanding regarding the minor inconveniences you experienced. We would simply like to point out that we do not live on site. Depending on your arrival time, the time needed to take a taxi, and traffic conditions, we can only travel to the apartment after your arrival. Nevertheless, we always do our best to respond as quickly as possible whenever assistance is needed. Regarding housekeeping, this service is not included during the stay, as is generally the case with holiday rental apartments. However, if you had informed us of your request during your stay, we would have been happy to arrange a cleaning service or offer you a suitable solution. Thank you once again for staying with us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back on your next visit to Tenerife.
