This listing represents the listing for the Combined Cape Cod Home & Cottage

Newly-renovated historic 71 year-old Cape Cod home and Hidden Cottage is perfect for a group traveling to the area for a tournament/event. The backyard of the main home and the front yard of the cottage are one big area! Less than 5 minutes to the Rock Hill Sports Center, Winthrop University and Main Street Rock Hill.

MAIN HOUSE ⏤Designed by Blue Pineapple designers, the interior offers a relaxed & fresh take on traditional farmhouse design. On the 1st floor, you'll find the light-filled living room and an open floor plan that allows for the entire group to enjoy each other. The eat-in kitchen has brand quartz countertops, stainless steal appliances, fixtures & large island that seats 4. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has seating for 2. All bedrooms have remote controlled fans/lights & blackout curtains. The 1st bedroom on the main floor has a King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with upgraded shower, duel sinks and spacious walk-in closet. As you head upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. One has a King-sized bed and the other has a Queen and Full-sized beds. The second full bathroom is located on the main floor with a tub/shower combo and duel sinks. Full-sized washer and dryer with provided detergent in the laundry room.

COTTAGE ⏤ Tucked behind the main home sits the 1 bedroom/1 full bath charming cottage that has it's own gravel driveway lined with large +70 year old trees. As you step inside the space you will notice the interior offers a fun and relaxing vibe. The living room has a cozy sofa complete with comfy accent pillows. Catch up on your favorite shows/movies on the room's 55" Samsung Smart TV or enjoy a meal at the dining area. As you make your way down the hall you are lead into the fun & cheery kitchen complete with brand new appliances, a pellet ice machine & basic cookware for your stay. The washer/dryer are located off the kitchen & detergent is provided. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, remote controlled fan/light & blackout curtains. This home also has a dedicated office space with desk, lamp and chair. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo is located in the hallway between the living room and kitchen. Outside you'll find the inviting porch where you can enjoy a drink, good conversation, or the morning sunrise.

Homes sit on a safe and quiet street surrounded by a mix of older homes, churches and homes investors are renovating.

This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $250 Per pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

There is a $20 per guest per night additional fee for groups over 6 people.

Per city and insurance guidelines, we are required to request the full names and rough ages of all the guests staying at the property. Please be prepared to send that information over when booking.

Fantastic comforter home

Great house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We came in town for a basketball tournament and could not have picked a better home to stay in. Very comfortable in every way. Clean and supplied with everything you need. Off street parking and the guest cottage was also top notch. One of our coaches stay in the cottage and could not have asked for anything better. Kimberly and her husband where great hosts and very communicative on everything. Highly recommend this house if you coming to the area.

Great family weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay. We needed space for us and our 4 grown children for a family get together in Rock Hill so having the house and cottage was perfect. All the extras like fluffy towels, shampoo, paper towels, etc are already there making things convenient. Everything was clean and the property manager was a delight to work with.

Quiet & Comfortable Cottage

I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO. We were quite impressed with the details. The modern style and granite countertops double sinks in each bathroom. The location provided easy access to nearby highways particularly to Charlotte. In addition, Rock Hill offered all the amenities we needed in terms of great restaurants including Starbucks and access to the nearby Targets. The neighbors were also friendly. The appreciation was in the details access to a number of towels, extra blankets, the freshness of the towels and bedding. The mattresses were comfortable. All of the accents in the home made us feel at home. Overall, great stay. Quiet and Comfortable.

Outstanding Property!

We stayed at this property this past weekend for my Mother’s memorial service. The house and cabin was exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything labeled. We lacked nothing. I appreciated the level of detail down to the white noise machines in each room. The owner was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent this property again.

Cleanest place EVER!

This cute little bungalow was close enough to my in-laws to make the holiday work. The neighborhood is being gentrified for sure and this property is very well done. Ample space for suitcases, plenty of towels, and a great little cottage. While all of this is great the absolute best part was how CLEAN this place is… I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, hotels, or other kinds of rentals and I have never seen a place this clean… EVER. It truly made my trip having to not worry about walking around barefoot or having my kids sleep in the beds. Thank you for offering such a beautiful place.

Feedback

Although the proximity to the softball field was great and the house was super cute / comfortable beds, i will provide two pieces of feedback. 1. The houses need to be stocked with dish scrubbers and wine bottle openers. 2. Most importantly - we had some very disturbing interactions with the neighbor. To make guests feel more secure, a privacy fence between you lovely property and the neighborhood is highly suggested.
