This waterfront home is nestled on the shores of Lake Wylie in Charlotte, NC. It's one of the rare properties on the lake with its’ own sprawling private beach, new sand-wrapped dock, kayaks and paddle boards. The property is ideal for young children and families to enjoy.

The Space:
The huge open-concept living room, kitchen dining room, breakfast room, and wet bar is ideal for big family groups and gatherings. With the second living room, you will NEVER feel crammed or crowded in this house. This 5100sqft SINGLE STORY family-style home boasts 6 bedrooms (4 separate bedrooms w/ King beds & 1 bedroom with 2 Full beds, each with twin trundle beds underneath them). Four of the bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. There is also a separate bedroom/den with a new queen sleeper sofa (we slept on 3 different models before deciding on this one). We also have two queen size air mattresses if needed. There is a crib room located off in the Master with a crib, Pack'n'Play, and 2 high chairs. All making it a wonderful, one-of-a-kind, get-away vacation home for a large, activity-seeking family.

Located just 20 mins from uptown Charlotte, this home is convenient to all the surrounding area has to offer (mall, restaurants, grocery, marina are all less than 5 minutes from the house). Even though you are close to retail shops and malls, you'll escape from the busy world when you drive down a gravel road that only serves 4 homes.

Located just 20 mins from uptown Charlotte, this home is convenient to all the surrounding area has to offer (mall, restaurants, grocery, marina are all less than 5 minutes from the house). Even though you are close to retail shops and malls, you'll escape from the busy world when you drive down a gravel road that only serves 4 homes.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are very active in Charlotte.

Other Things to Note:
***We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any parties or gatherings. We do utilize local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. There is a $1000 fee for smoking inside.***

We are happy to host furry family members for a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet.

Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors as they are permanent residents.

SWIM SPA POLICY/RULES *PLEASE READ*
We have recently added a beautiful, new swim spa. By booking this property you agree to the following rules:

-The Primary renter agrees to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay all repair charges for damage caused by the renter or the renter’s family members, children, guests, invitees, agents, and/or employees.

-Renter further agrees that all above-mentioned will shower and clean feet upon use of hot tub.
If you have any medical condition (such as but not limited to, heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems, diabetes, obesity) or are taking any type of drugs please consult your physician before using the hot tub. Persons who have skin sensitivities or open wounds should not use the hot tub. If you have consumed or are consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs or have a medical condition that in conjunction with hot tub use may result in drowsiness, do not use the hot tub due to the possibility of losing consciousness with the possibility of drowning.

-The temperature of the hot tub will be set at 90 degrees – please do not turn it above 103 degrees.

-Furthermore, the agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub.

-No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub.

-Our hot tub is inspected, cleaned, and sanitized as needed before every stay.

-If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $275. Damage to the cover will result in a $2000 charge. Cover should always remain on the hot tub when not in use.

-Renter agrees that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner. Sitting on the edge of the hot tub is not recommended and may result in a fall and/or injury.

-If you notice any water quality issues, such as cloudy, dirty, gritty, or smelly water, DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB and call or message for service.

-The renter further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rentlyne and
its owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the renters’ use of the tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage.

-The agreement and release are hereby incorporated into and made a part of any other agreement between the renter and the owner in the event legal action is commenced to interpret or enforce the terms of this Agreement and costs, whether incurred during litigation, at trial, or on appeal.
