Riverfront house with casino view

Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking space for boats and trailers. We have our own dock. Around 300ft of beach area that depends on the water level that fluctuates throughout the day. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large covered patio. Have fun on the beach, swim, fish of the dock or BBQ play corn hole, croquet on our large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!


If you have big groups, we have 3 other rentals right next to the house. All rentals have a private patio and entry.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

There was a water issue due to construction next door, the team was on it and fixed all issues fast. Excellent site! Will use this again when doing jobs in town!

False advertisement on property

The listing on your post was false and when I notified the manger Diane she tried to help out but the owners where not helpful there advertisement on your website does not show that the house is on its own lot and that we were going to share the dock with other persons that were on the property which the one that was to rent is not on the listing after explaining this to the property manager, she got in contact with the owners explaining to them that this property was not what I wanted. This is a case of false advertisements just to benefit themselves to rent to people that don’t know their property. I am very upset. I am going to seek further actions because the listing does not have the house that we rented, I would like for them to refund my money and for this was not a good experience. The river water in front was not swimmable or healthy for any of our family as it was muddy smell like sewer water and then people next to us also I had to go to Dave Davis camp for us to get into the water and run our jet skis. The water was very low. Cannot bring no jet skis in until after 4 PM. This was a very bad experience with the owners of this property that falsely advertise that it was a place to stay. I give it no rating as it is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been going to the campsites in Davis for five years and I wanted to have a great experience on the river with my family instead of going through that was the worst experience I ever had wanted to help

Great river house!

This is our second time at this house and we enjoyed it even more this time. When we arrived, we rented JetSki‘s that were delivered right in front of the house and sat in our chairs at the river. Everything was updated and fresh. It sleeps nine or 10 comfortably. We enjoy the night life at the casinos and the lake during the day. I would highly recommend staying here whether you go out on the water or just enjoy the house.

Beautiful spot on the river

We stayed during the summer, so it was too hot to hang out on the patio, but would stay here again! It was close to the lake and casinos which we enjoyed every night. Definitely recommend this place!

Great getaway rental

We had a wonderful time. The house was very nice and clean and the owners were great. Owners respond quick to messages and are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent from them again. House came with everything we needed to cook and clean with. Beds were very comfy and clean. House has been recently remodeled and decor and furniture was very nice. The only negative things I have to say is that one of the bedrooms was extremely small and the grass area is not private or on the house property it’s a shared space next to the house which was a bummer. Beach access was unfinished but owners are still working on those improvements. I would recommend this rental to friends in the future.

Right on the river!

Waking up to the Colorado River was beautiful. The place is modern and was very clean. Chuck took great care of us and made sure we were happy. Will definitely rent again! Thank you chuck!

Why they chose this property

Our families have been coming in this town since I was just a little kid. My brother and I have taken this opportunity to buy this beautiful piece of property right on the river. It is in a prime location, so our travelers are close to most of the main attractions of the area. We are so glad that we can now share with the world the meaning of our town. This two-acre property is plenty of space for our guests to feel comfortable. Right on the river and across from the casinos. Can't get a better spot! We have about 300 feet of beach depending on the water level that fluctuates throughout the day. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. We have four units all together. All have their own private patio and entire home with private entrance. This house sleeps 10. First unit next to house will be the Pirate theme villa sleeps 7. Next is the Pirate Junior that sleeps 5. And of course, our fabulous ocean theme villa that sleep 9. it's a beautiful place to have fun and relax and let your soul enjoy the scenery.

We are located right on the river and across the casinos. Prime location for shopping, restaurants, gas, parks. There is plenty of parking for your boats, trailers. We have a private dock and beach. If you need more room for more guests, we have other units for rent right next door. The 300 Ft beach area and dock are shared with other guests. We have plenty of room!
