Easily accessible 1st floor end unit close to it all. Views of the Indian River Bay and Whites Creek from the screened in porch. Enjoy the many amenities that Bethany Bay has to offer - 9 hole executive golf course, basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, nature trails, playground, sand volleyball court and of course the community pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. Direct bay access for kayaking and fishing from the community dock and only 5 miles to Bethany Beach and Boardwalk! A great family beach area with fabulous restaurants, shops and mini-golf. Also less than 30 minutes to Rehoboth Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD boardwalks. Be in the center of it all, while staying at your own quiet oasis!

**Please bring your own linens and towels.**

To rent linens and towels we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. Also, please bring a supply of paper products for your stay. A starter set will be provided as will basic kitchen spices. The condo has all the necessary cookware, glassware, plates and utensils.

Wonderful stay

Hidden gem in a peaceful community with tons of amenities! We especially loved watching the 4th of July fireworks right from the back porch, such a great bonus. The bay view was beautiful, and we even spotted a few deer during our stay. The owner was friendly, easy to reach, and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful properly with plenty to do both in the community and out of it within a short drive. Ability to do laundry and cook helps when traveling with kids. Loved the pool and walk/bike trails in the community. We loved Fenwick beach and the calmness there as Bethany charges for parking hourly during summer months. Thanks Julie for a great stay!

A lovely home, very clean and inviting. We enjoyed days at the pool along with visits to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth. Julie was wonderful to work with. She responds very quickly to any of the questions thrown her way. We’ll definitely recommend to others.5 Stars for sure!!

Great Spot

We loved our stay. The neighborhood had lots of visiting animals and our kids loved spotting the deer and other wildlife. Super clean spot and with the bottom floor unit it was easy to unpack and pack. Very convenient location close to several grocery stores but more importantly great restaurants and mini golf spots. Not a long drive to the beach and boardwalk areas!

Great family stay

Although not on the beach. The porch is amazing with views of sunrises and sunsets. Short drive to the beach(Many beaches) Can drive to ocean city and rehoboth beach in 30 min. Mini golf and grocery story quick drive. If your looking for a peaceful relaxing place with an awesome pool away from the hustle and bustle of life this is it. Bonus is the nicely decorated and clean condo!

Experience all the beaches!

Great condo and location. We visited Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth, Dewey, Seashore State Park, Bethany and Fenwick Island beaches. Some slow commutes due to traffic, but not bad midweek. Also enjoyed community pool and kayaking in bay. Beautiful views of Indian River Bay from patio. Everything as advertised. We would recommend.

Peaceful Getaway

Very beautiful place—the kitchen had everything you need. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Beds were also comfortable—not too hard. We enjoyed watching the deer and rabbits while sitting on the screened-in porch. We took a ride on the Lewes ferry to Cape May, NJ.; we enjoyed exploring all the stores and restaurants. Bethany Beach was very close by—just a short drive. All the neighbors were friendly. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyable stay

Very nice place, good size for a family if 5. The one thing that should be fixed is the sliding door does not lock. I would not have been comfortable if I was alone. Thanks did not have contact with the owner so I can’t rate that question.

Family trip

The community this condo is located in was very nice and quiet, the pool was great. It was really easy loading and unloading from our daily activities with this unit being located on the first floor. This unit was also nice and big which was perfect for our family. The only thing I wish I had looked into more was how long it would take to get to the beach as we have 3 very young children and their patience is limited!! Also, it was our first time visiting the Bethany Beach area so driving to the beach each day had us spending a lot on parking (again my fault for not looking into this but an FYI to others that mostly look at reviews) Thanks for helping us have a great week away!

Carpet was desperately in need of replacement. Spots all over. Never stated that tv was smart tv. There were no local channels and had to purchase peacock in order to watch some Olympics. Julie was very responsive to any questions or problems. Porch was never cleaned although condo was.

Hi Pat, Yes unfortunately the carpeting has taken a beating this rental season and is scheduled to be replaced in the fall. I’m sorry for the confusion with the TV, but it does state in the amenities section of the description that it comes with Amazon fire stick and DVD’s, it doesn’t list that we have cable. Hope you enjoyed your stay!

Great Location

Very quiet development. Unit was as pictured. Only disappointment was there were no towels or linens provided. I have stayed in dozens of air B& B's, VRBO, and Vacasa rentals and this was the first time linens and towels were not provided. Yes it is in the description and maybe normal for that area, but I feel it could have been better emphasized in the description. Late at night after traveling all day we had to go buy sheets and towels, then wash them and put on beds. Also, we threw the kitchen potholders and bathroom throw rugs in the wash and the water turned black. I am not sure they have ever been washed. Other then that it was a nice location, and a nice place.
