Le petit marquisat à deux pas du lac

New apartment located in the center of Annecy close to the lake with a private garage.

It consists of two rooms, one of which has a comfortable double bed with memory foam. A complete bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The living room furnished with a sofa bed (sleeping for 2 people), a kitchen equipped with everything you need to enhance your stay (raclette and fondue machine). You can also enjoy a logia overlooking the mountain.



Logia overlooking the mountains. Apartment close to the lake, close to many tourist points on foot: Beach of the marquisats, the old town, the Chateau d'Annecy, at the foot of the Semnoz and much more point of interest.

10 jours passés à visiter Annecy et les environs. Appartement superbe, très propre et très bien équipé , Situation au top, à 5mn du lac ou du centre-ville à pied. Garage dans la résidence donc aucun problème de stationnement. Accueil de Chenda parfait.
