We liked the place overall; cute and clean. Nice location. But we didn't have hot water and didn't get a response from owner when I texted about it. I mean, I guess a couple days of cold showers is not a deal-breaker necessarily, but it would have been nice to have hot water or at least an explanation of when it might be fixed.

Beautiful inside!

The parking wasn’t ideal, the alley way and opening of gate was hectic and definitely something we would t want to do again! However once you stepped inside the studio was beautiful! Totally unexpected for the area. We think it’s a great place and we enjoyed our time while we were there.

Property owner is a thief

The property manager didn’t send me any check in information until 2 hours after I was supposed to check in. I ended up having to find another place to stay in a hurry. No sooner did I pay for a hotel room in the city, the property manager emailed me information. It was too late by that time. The managers phone was disconnected and he wouldn’t answer any of my messages. When he finally did answer, he accused me of going to the property prior to check in time and told me he would not refund me my money. I spoke to VRBO and they told me that property managers are to send out all check in information prior to check in date. Please be careful when booking this unit. I’m sure the unit is lovely, if you get to stay in it. I am still waiting on a refund and not holding my breath.

Excellent place!

Very clean and nice place, felt safe with the gate and back entrance. Mark replies right away with any question, would definitely stay again!
