Large mountain house 370m2 completely renovated with a lot of charm, can accommodate up to 14 people in great modern comfort. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Enclosed garden with barbecue and magnificent view around. Veranda. Located in Rodome at an altitude of 950m on the small plateau of Sault, at the foot of the Pic d'Ourtiset, Come and recharge your batteries with family or friends. Ideal place for lovers of nature and the great outdoors. <br>10min from Espezel, 25min from Camurac, 25min from Mijanes, 30min from Quillan, 1h from Les Angles. Small grocery store in the village. Mountain biking, hiking and many outdoor activities nearby; tree climbing, canyoning, climbing wall nearby, swimming lake in summer, natural labyrinth of Nébias, mushroom picking.... <br>The house has all amenities, TNT TV room, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, large fully equipped kitchen, large table in the dining room, bar... etc..<br>No WIFI access. <br><br>Bed linen, dish towels, hand towels provided. <br><br>More information on request by email ludo.rivier0969@orange.fr or by phone at 06.87.87.53.80.

gite exceptionnel

à l'arrivée , les propriétaires nous attendaient (nous étions 14 et un chien) pour nous 'expliquer' leur gite ; ils étaient à notre disposition et avons posé toutes les questions nécessaires . Nous avons pris possession du lieu et là , ce fût une très agréable impression et à l'usage , il ne manque absolument rien ! vous ne serez pas déçus. dans le village et ceux à proximité , nous avons pu faire des randonnées , du canoé (l'Aude est une belle rivière) , du vtt sur les pistes de sky , la pétanque . bbq .......; la semaine est passée beaucoup trop vite !!! nous vous recommandons ce Gite Merci aux propriétaires
