This is a great appartment, compact but perfect for our party of four. The two children (aged 14 and 12) slept on the surprisingly spacious mezzanine which gave them enough privacy and worked well. We made much use of the terrace which is sunny in the morning and nicely shaded for evening meals. Adjacent to Port Fréjus we managed happily without a car; beaches, activities, shops and both Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël centres all for us within easy walking distance. A well equipped appartment and an excellent week all round!

Appartement propre, accueil impeccable avec une visite personnalisée du proprio. Bien situé près du port de Fréjus, distance de marche de St-Raphael. Réponses rapides lors de nos communication. Checkout flexible (si c'est possible) Le listing nécessite quelques avertissements: - Il est indiqué qu'il y a du papier toilette alors que seulement un demi rouleau fourni pour la semaine pour 3 personnes. - Il est indiqué qu'il y a un lave vaisselle, mais aucune pastille de fourni. - Pas de sac poubelle fourni. - La seule table à manger est à l'extérieur sur le balcon - Quelques biens/équipements non-essentiels endommagés (exemples: robinet douche, volet fenêtre, ampoules brûlées, ventilateur cuisine)

Merci pour votre séjour , Effectivement il est indiqué du papier toilette pour votre arrivée…le lave vaisselle est là pour accomoder votre séjour néanmoins la charge de vaisselle reste à la charge du vacancier, ce qui me semble normal La desserte sous la télé est une table qui se déplie en cas de besoin car il est vrai qu’en cette période d’été la table extérieure est plus adéquate Les biens et équipements que vous dites non nécessaires ont été changés Merci pour votre contribution, non nécessaire au vu des retours sur cet appartement Cordialement Ludovic

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très bien situé et cela permet de circuler à pied pour l'essentiel des activités. Nous avons bien profité de l'arrière saison.

Excellent séjour 1ère semaine de juin

Nous avons été accueillis à notre arrivée par notre hôte, très aimable et aux petits soins avec nous. Il était également présent à notre départ tout sourire. Un grand merci à notre hôte d'une semaine où nous avons profité pleinement des restos et glaciers du port (à pieds). Un stationnement de première classe. Les parties communes de l'immeuble sont bien entretenues pendant la semaine. Un appartement très propre et bien équipé : un frigo congélateur, une cuisine entièrement équipée. Salle de bains nickel avec serviettes de toilette. Une literie où nous avons passé des nuits de "bébé". Petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et diner sur le balcon. Des vacances de rêves chez "Ludo". Nous vous recommandons cet hôte très aimable. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour. Merci beaucoup.

Deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans ce très belle appartement en résidence sécurisé avec box fermer pour votre véhicule, avec toutes ses commodités indispensable, toujours très calme par rapport à d'autres appartement plus proche de la plage. Propreté des lieux, du linge et de tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine. Le propriétaire vous accueil très chaleureusement et reste disponible pour tout besoin. Si vous cherchez un grand 2 pièces au calme c'est ici . Merci à Ludo et a une prochaine fois.

Superbes vacances a Frejus

Appartement tres bien situé a Frejus plage avec un grand garage facilitant le parking a Frejus ou tous les stationnements sont payants. Nous avons passé de tres belles vacances en bord de mer et avons profité de toutes les activites en bord de mer.

FORMIDABLE

L'appartement est génial, super décoration en thème avec la mer, une chambre séparé avec un grand lit confortable et placard très spacieux et une autre en mezzanine magnifique avec également un grand lit et un petit canapé lit , cuisine tout équipé fonctionnelle et propre, grand frigo, four, lave vaisselle, lave linge, et autres petit électroménager, salon agréable avec grande télé et canapé d'angle, table dépliable pour manger dans le salon, wc séparé, salle de bain propre avec baignoire, sèche serviette et repose serviette, superbe terrasse avec table et chaise, petite vu sur une partie du port de Fréjus. L'appartement est situé dans une zone calme sans bouquant dans une résidence très sécurisé avec box garage fermer, à 5-6 minutes à pied de la plage, supermarché proche( casino 5min, lidl 15min). L'accueil du propriétaire est impeccable, très chaleureux et amicale, tout a été expliquer parfaitement, à votre disposition pour toutes demandes, séjour agréable dans ce super appartement et Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël est juste magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour en famille et espérons bien revenir une prochaine fois .
