Prefect Location in Naples

The unit was very clean and tastefully furnished and in a nice community of homes. But most appealing to us was its location with respect to the Mercato in the Vanderbilt Beach area of Naples. We could walk to this upscale shopping and restaurant strip as well as to Whole Foods. The Publix supermarket is across the road and Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton is a mile and a quarter away. Walking to points of interest is our thing and this location was perfect.

Aesthetic suggestions

Lanai very unkempt and not pleasing to look at plus lanai doors difficult to open, close and lock. Thermostat could not be adjusted. Garbage drawer in kitchen wouldn't stay closed. No replacement light bulbs for recessed lights. Not enough light downstairs very dark. Garage door opener didn't work

Per guest review/recommendations: -Repainted Lanai wall. -Removed a Palm Tree. (shed leaves/palms that we can't clean while a guest is occupying the property. Now it is gone which should reduce shrubbery from getting into lanai area.) -We found that the lanai door was stuck due to a piece of paperboard stuck in track. We removed it and opens and closes nicely. -We installed a new digital Ecobee thermostat. -The garbage drawer remains shut, (we adjusted the pitch of drawer sliders.) -Purchased 1 floor lamp. 1 additional table lamp. (more lighting and nice looking pieces.) -Purchased and installed a ceiling fan with lighting (adds a lot of lighting if desired. Ceiling lighting can be controlled/dimmed via a remote control.) -We replaced batteries in garage door opener. Works great. I'm sorry we didn't check that before your arrival. Thank you for the suggestions on lighting. As you can see, we've listened to your feedback and made the adjustments for future guests! Welcome to Naples, Florida!!! Very convenient location

Enjoyed walking to almost every place I wanted to go. Very nice people in the complex. Pool very enjoyable.
