Located just 5 minutes from the airport, this stunning stone villa perched on a hill in Monbazillac offers breathtaking panoramic views of the vineyards and the town of Bergerac.

The villa features an electric gate leading to a private parking area, ensuring the safety of your vehicles.

Outdoor spaces:

First terrace (300 m²): Enjoy a salt-treated heated pool (10 m x 6 m) surrounded by sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.
Second terrace (300 m²): Unwind in the integrated jacuzzi, lounge in the outdoor seating areas, dine at the large table, or fire up the gas barbecue. A ping-pong table is also available for fun-filled activities.

4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200) and 1 small bedroom with bunk beds.

Beautiful and stylishly furnished house with a beautiful view. Impressive terrace area and a fantastic swimming pool. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.

A lovely property. Views are to die for. The kitchen is fantastic. Everything you need. Pool and hot tub wonderful. We had a couple of problems during the holiday but Fabrice and Daniel responded immediately. Even a power cut due to the storms and Daniel arrived late in the evening to help us get restored. The daily complimentary pastries and baguette from l'Epi D'or, a beautiful bakery next to the villa was an amazing addition.

Fantastic

Our third stay at this villa and the first with Fabrice the new owner, who has made numerous improvements. It was good before and is now excellent. The weather for our second week was wet and chilly, so could have done with the pool being heated, but understand this is one of the plans for next year. We will definitely try to go back again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, etwas abseits gelegen. David, der Hausmeister, war sehr freundlich und entgegen kommend.Die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub war nicht existent, meine Fragen wurden ignoriert.Ansonsten alles ok.

Met 3 koppels hebben we een weekje verbleven in deze vakantiewoning met een ongezien uitzicht. Heerlijk genieten boven de wijngaarden en het uitzicht van Bergerac. Fantastische ligging en niets ontbrak. Ook toen er problemen waren met het zwembad werd er onmiddellijk geholpen en werd er meegedacht naar oplossingen.

Nous avons eu : Coussin de canapés déchirés ! Notre Bar rayés par des couteaux ! Notre grille barbecue était dans la machine à laver !!! Et j’en oublie Nous avons les photos et nous avons fait connaître cela à un des locataires car ils étaient 3 couples différents … Ces visiteurs ont eu un non respect de notre propriété ! Oui l’orage a fait que notre piscine n’a pas été impeccable le jour de l’arrivée Mais par ailleurs Dans un bien de cette qualité se comporter comme cela c’est une honte !

Fabulous Location

A really great place to stay, amazing views over the vineyards to Bergerac and easy access to the local area. Excellent bakery right in the doorstep. Fabrice was an excellent host and very easy to deal with.

Wonderful

The property is superb, with a fantastic view of Bergerac. We had 2 fabulous weeks, and were very sorry to leave. It was obvious that Fabrice has spent a lot of time, care and money on the villa. Just 2 issues, the pool is not heated so the water can be chilly, and there is a steep slope to the bottom of the garden which could be a problem for smaller children. Fabrice takes a very keen interest in any problems, which get very quickly resolved. There is avery good bakery next door, and a restaurant within 100 yards. Almost perfection, and we had no regrets at all.
