beautiful, new, well-maintained family house, 200m from the seaside, very quiet (private lane + large parking lot for bicycles etc). Large wooden terrace and garden. You can drop your car for a full week and enjoy by foot or bicycle the sea, the land, the forest, the harbour and its quiet view on the river and the bars terraces and restaurants. Sailing school by foot for kids. Boat rental nearby. Ideal location for sailing, stand up paddle, swimming, fishing.
Bakery, grocery, fishmonger, bars and restaurants (on the pretty harbour) by foot . 2 different beaches, so one is always protected from the wind.

lovely river framed by a forest, rocks or quiet beach, or the ocean and the large beach, the atmosphere of a typical old harbour, or a walk in the countryside, it's up to you, and all by foot from our place!

Outside:
Large garden surrounding the house. Well equipped large wooden terrace with 1 large table with 8 chairs, facing South. 6 Relax chairs. Another large table+chairs under the shadow of a nice oak tree. 1 BBQ. Additional smaller tables you can put wherever you wish. In front of the house you get 1 private parking lot 2-3 cars + your bicycles+nautical equipment. 1 hose pipe for nautical equipment.

Nearby locations:
-Surf at "La Torche", 20 minutes, very famous Surf/kitesurf/Windsurf spot and many surf schools. Horse riding there also
-L’Île-Tudy at the end of the large beach, within walking distance, is a very typical village with narrow intertwined lanes and streets. According to the weather conditions, surf & body-board ok at “Le Treustel”, just before reaching the village.
-Pont L’abbé at 10mn by car is an enjoyable city and Quimper 25mn really worth a visit (pedestrian streets framed by old stone & wood houses, nice cathedral, museums, restaurants…)
-Golf course at Bénodet (the other side of the river). --Bénodet itself. You can get there by small boat. Bike rental at Bénodet.

-motor boat rental at the harbour (ideally to visit the river "l'Odet" or go and visit "les Glénan", wonderful archipelago with crystal clear water!

2 consecutive weeks rental minimum from 01/07 till 30/08 (except the last week of july). From saturdays to satudays.

Pay attention: our place is number 7 ter, but on Google map it is only possible to look for Nr 7. Hence our house is not visible from the street, as there is our private lane between the street and the house.
