House built in the traditional style of the island, on a fenced plot, renovated in 2021. Located in a peaceful setting between Dolus d'Oléron and the oyster route, 1 km from the ocean. The beaches of the wild coast are accessible in 15 minutes by bike or 8 minutes by car. The same applies to the beaches on the island's east coast. In the heart of the oyster-farming region, you can enjoy cycle paths that will lead you through a diverse landscape, alternating between beaches, dunes, and pine forests.

The house is located 2 km (8 minutes by bike) from Dolus and all the amenities of this typical island village.

This longère-style house comprises a 50 m² living/dining room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen. Four bedrooms: a master suite with ensuite shower room, two double bedrooms (one queen bed and two twin beds) with a shared shower room, and a dormitory with five single beds and an ensuite shower room. Two separate toilets.

A large terrace runs along the house and overlooks a swimming pool with a safety cover. The pool is heated during the high season of July and August. In May, June, and September, the pool is heated depending on the weather and outside temperatures.

The house is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers for enjoying the outdoors, and a BBQ area. A high chair and travel cot are also available.

Covered parking is available both inside the house.
Weekly rentals are available during school holidays and July and August (Sunday to Sunday, with flexible scheduling options). Outside of holiday periods, weekend rentals are possible.
Bed linen is provided. Towels are available as an option (€10 for one large and one small towel).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. (At the end of your stay, to facilitate the move-in process, we ask that you empty the dishwasher and the bins. Appliances should be left in good working order. All used bed linen and towels should be placed at the entrance. Please tidy the accommodation by returning all furniture and other items to their proper places.)

A €50.00 deposit for the bins will also be required upon arrival to guarantee that they are emptied at the end of your stay (one green bin bag and a quarter full of yellow bins are acceptable). An additional €50.00 deposit will be required if you are bringing pets.
