Amazing sunsets and ocean views! Two master bedrooms the Grand Master Bedroom faces the Beach with a private balcony and private bath with shower and soaker tub! The second master has a queen bed with a twin over twin bunk bed and private bath with soaker tub! 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 4th bedroom has two sets of bunks, to include Full over Full beds and a Twin over Twin beds. There is an open kitchen and living room/dining room with Wet Bar! Beach service included! 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas. March until Nov 1st. Grand Panama allows 2 parking passes per booking. (not included with booking)PLEASE advise if you will require the 2nd prior to arrival. Minimum age to rent age 25

We stayed here last year and enjoyed our stay and decided to return this year. The check in process was not smooth. The agreement stated the wristbands and parking passes would be in the condo.

Spacious stay, great views despite weather

Despite tornados and rain, our time was great! The house was spacious and well stocked, the views were great , the beach was close, and our family had a great time! Would definitely book again!

Great Stay

The check in process was seamless, the condo was absolutely perfect and stocked with everything you could ever need. You couldn’t pick a more perfect location and we will absolutely stay in this condo again.

Excellent Large Unit perfect for families

Awesome stay with an exceptional view (although across the street from the beach) it was like being right on it! Would definitely recommend!

The unit was fantastic and made a great home for our two daughters, their spouses and children and my wife and I to all be together for the week in a very spacious and beautiful Penthouse. We are owners at Grand Panama but simply enjoyed the temporary move up five floors to be with our family the entire week. Looking very forward to 2026.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was beautiful! Lots of space and a good view for being across the street from the beach. Its nice that there are 2 little shops right in the lobby. Check in was easy, rental company was in constant contact. And for parking, you get 2 spots (you have to pay for both spots) but if you have more cars you can purchase a parking pass to park right at the building. Just not in the garage. I believe it was 25 for a parking pass Over all we are all very happy!

Great location for spring break

Property manager is the best I have ever had. She let us store our jeep top at her office. She always was available when I called her and made sure we where well taken care of.

Beach Trip

This was an amazing property with tons of amenities. This property was stocked with everything imaginable- including a great spice rack! Everything you need for you first night is there incase you forget something! The walk to the beach is pleasant and very easy for everyone! The sound proofing at this resort was amazing also… we never heard a peep except when on balcony I would highly recommend this property!

Great family rental

Overall great stay only had one issue that was resolved. Fees are a bit ridiculous, should have just been apart of the the cost per night total but I understand everyone wants a cut of the pie.

Thank you for staying with us. We certainly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Our fees are stated separately in the beginning of the booking process, to ensure they are understood correctly. We charge 3 additional fees aside from the base rate. That being the 1 time booking fee of $99 & damage waiver of $99 that covers damages up to 3k. The last fee is the cleaning fee, which is standard for the size/bed count of the unit. The parking costs are collected by us on behalf of the resort to register your vehicles. Any additional costs, aside from unit rate, were not paid to us. Thank you again!

Absolutely amazing!

The condo was everything that was listed and more. We had PLENTY of space to spread out, but also a central place to hang out. The interior was well-appointed and the entire property was beautiful. We were right on the beach and had access to two large pools. The registration desk and staff were quick and happy to help. We had on minor plumbing issue not long after arrival, and the property management team tended it to it immediately. We were located among many shops, restaurants, and things to do for the whole family. We were easily able to add on an extra day because we didn’t want to leave! Thanks again See Ya At The Beach Team! You made our stay very memorable and we’ll be back next summer!

Rude and inhumane host

The host Lisa was rude from day one, there were so many damages existed in the property that I reported so I don’t get blamed for it. On the last day of our stay by around noon we come from pool all 13 of us including 7 children, dirty to find out water was shut off, when I called host she was rude and blamed on maintenance and told us to use lobby restroom which wasn’t working either with no ETA, after 4hrs when I followed up, things got worse and She said if I want to move to different place with water , I’m on my own. The maintenance team is asking to contact host, and the host pointing us to maintenance. After 5 horrible hours of struggle I decided to pay on my own for the hotel elsewhere and packed all our stuff and left. Losing 2days of our vacation! Horrible host ever! There were mold in bathrooms, damages everywhere, cheap appliances etc…

Thanks for your review! Unfortunately, the fact is we can not control the plumbing in the entire building. The unit is well cleaned & stocked. The maintenance issues are false, as the recliner is electric & you use controls to operate it. The door lock was clearly at the top of the door available for use, not on the knob. We as a company maintain our units to top standards, as we always have. Grand Panama Resort addressed the busted water pipe in the building as soon as possible, they gave us the same ETA for repair as you. After 6 hours the repair was completed, but you had already left. Several units (over 10) were also affected. You were offered the opportunity to move to another unit when we had no eta on repair, you refused. You chose to leave early & was refunded $438.00 for the last night back to your credit card. We apologized endlessly on behalf of Grand Panama Resort & was unsuccessful in convincing you that we manage the unit, not the entire building. We thanked you, wished you safe travels & hope you could come again. Everyone is entitled to a review & opinion. Our reviews as a company speak for themselves and I as a host have excellent reviews & service on multiple platforms. Thanks again! We will See Ya at the Beach! ~Lisa

Love the Penthouse.

I recommend this property to all. The owner is the best I have experienced since I been renting a room. She responds to your questions in a quickly manner and has a wonderful personality. Spacious and plenty of room for my family of 12. Clean well kept property. Just love it and the beach view.

12 of us stayed here at the Grand Panama, it was so so nice, beautiful views in all rooms, clean, I do recommend bringing a pack of toilet paper though they give you one roll per bathroom, but with 12 people we had to buy more. But would definitely rent again. The contact person for check-in and if we had any issues was super nice. All around great experience.
