We’re sorry about the slow-draining tub and the debris you found in the drain. That should have been caught before your arrival, and we have followed up with our cleaning team. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen layout and refrigerator doors and will share them with the owner. The home does have ceiling fans in the living areas and bedrooms, although we understand it can still become warm during unusually hot summer days. Keeping the shades and exterior doors closed during the daytime helps retain the cooler overnight air, and we will make sure those suggestions are communicated more clearly to future guests. We also apologize that we did not respond promptly enough regarding your late-checkout request. We often need to confirm the cleaning and arrival schedule before approving an extension, but we should have provided you with an update sooner. Thank you again for your thoughtful suggestions.
