Deceiving listing, never went to our rented unit

Owners notified unit rented was unavailable an hours away from arriving, moved us 30 minutes further away from our destination. No cable without using our phones. As we arrive we are notified that we are restricted on food being brought into unit. Communication severely lacking and very disappointed.
