This studio is equipped with a kitchen renovated, opened on the living room, a shower room with separate WC, a West-facing terrace and a private parking space.

The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed for 02 adults and a second smaller sofa bed that can accommodate 02 children under 12 or 01 adult.

This studio can accommodate either 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old or 2 adults and 1 person over 12 years old.

Household linen (sheets and towels) are not provided.
End of stay cleaning at the rate of 45€ to be paid on site.
