Perfect for a girl's weekend or family vacation to the sunshine and salty air, this fantastic retreat offers peace and quiet while still being close to the beach! Comfortably decorated, this family-friendly home features conveniences like a private washer/dryer and central air conditioning to make your trip a little easier. The galley style, fully equipped kitchen (that connects seamlessly to the rest of the home) has all the tools you need to make a pleasant evening meal - and a corkscrew and wine glasses for after the kids go to sleep. As an added bonus, guests of this condo will have access to the neighborhood's shared pool and tennis courts during their stay. There's plenty to keep everyone entertained at Miramar Beach!

What's nearby:
The ocean is just under a half-mile and a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive away - stop by Whale Tail for a bite to eat as you watch the dolphins happily swim by! Take in some golf at Emerald Bay Golf Club, just under three miles from the condo. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just five-and-a-half miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just over five miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great stay with a few hiccups

We enjoyed staying here. The location is great, right on a golf course and not too far from the beach, but definitely not walkable. The beds are comfortable and plenty of kitchen equipment for a long stay. The pool was just around the corner and great for families. We had a bunch of hiccups with the stay but the management team was on point to help us with the issue. One of the swings was broken so we couldn’t use the full patio amenities. We weren’t given parking passes either so we had issues with security getting in and out. Also would have liked to have known about the parking lot within the community across the beach; we didn’t notice until the last day of our stay.

Comfortable and Perfect

The rental was comfortable and large enough for our family of 5. It was a 8 minute walk to the beach. It is very close to the beach for the price of the stay, in my opinion. The rental had a wagon, boards, chairs and toys for the kids. That was a nice addition to have for our stay. One of the swings was broken during our stay, but we were notified before our arrival. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our time in 41D. We had a short walk to the beach, the pool, and courts. We enjoyed watching golfers as we sat in the porch swings. The unit was immaculate and well appointed.

Great Location Close to Beach

This property was exactly as advertised, the second floor villa was comfortable and updated. The villa location is walking distance to coffee, ice cream, food, bars and a Shell convenience store. A big perk is Seascape has designated guest parking across the street from Whale's Tail bar and grill and the beach - we took full advantage of this daily. We reserved chairs and umbrellas for the entire week and it was nice to be able to access the restrooms, food and beverages. The only negatives we have for the villa are the sliding glass door to the back porch is broken and it affects the A/C having to work overtime and despite being in a gated resort, it still leaves an uneasy feeling when leaving your personal items all day while you're at the beach. It definitely needs to be replaced. The reason we gave a 4-star for cleanliness was due to the fact there was sand on the floor and rugs and a dirty towel on the back of the second bathroom door. The response time from the management company was excellent as we had a clogged commode and a beeping smoke detector which were quickly repaired. Overall a good spot to spend a relaxing week at the beach.

Would like more detailed instructions about getting to the condo initially and information on property activities. Throw blankets and few larger pots and pans would have been nice. Overall, good stay.

Below Neighbors

Loved everything about this place EXCEPT the neighbors below. I don't know that they are permanent residents there, but would find out for next renters since they continually smoked on the patio below us so we were unable to use our patio without smelling cigarettes' smoke which to us was intolerable, and had small yappy dogs that barked all the time ! Feel like the smoking tenants below eliminated a living area for us that we were looking forward to using so not happy about that

Nice Property But Cleaning Was Sub-standard

The location was great and the surrounding property was beautiful. The only issue we had was the the property was not cleaned properly. The sheets on one bed was not changed. A friend noticed this after pulling the blanket back to get in the bed. There were also underwear across the hamper. Had tht been taken care of before we arrived, there would be 5 stars.

had a great stay in the perfect location. everything was clean, did have to buy trash liners for the can in the kitchen as there were none in the unit and wasn’t sure how to contact the property office but other than that it was a nice stay!
