Godetevi una fantastica vista dal balcone 45 ft del nostro 11 ° piano, 1600 sq ft, 3 camere da letto unità d'angolo. Offriamo in fibra ottica ad alta velocità a Internet senza fili (Wi-Fi), un centro fitness, campi da tennis, campo da basket, shuffleboard, grigliate all'aperto, una vasca idromassaggio e 2 piscine (adulti e bambini) per i nostri ospiti di godere. All'interno del nostro condominio, tutte le camere sono dotate di 9 ft soffitti con porte scorrevoli in vetro al balcone enorme. FAMIGLIA E BAMBINI AMICHEVOLE. Grande shopping nelle vicinanze, ristoranti e supermercati. Ristorante in loco, centro benessere, salone di bellezza e centro benessere.

Assaporare i panorami incantevoli della spiaggia di sabbia bianca di zucchero e le acque verde smeraldo del Golfo a sud, e Choctawhatchee Bay e il bellissimo paesaggio Seascape Golf Course a nord.

Surfside offre 24 ore di sicurezza, comodo parcheggio coperto, e una grande piscina riscaldata.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king-size e un ampio bagno padronale con vasca / doccia. La seconda camera è arredata con nuovi letti matrimoniali due marchi e dispone di un bagno completo con doccia.

La terza camera da letto è in realtà una serrata e offre molta privacy. Questa suite è dotata di un frigorifero, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, e offre due letti matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia, e un balcone con vista sul campo da golf Seascape Resort e Choctawhatchee Bay.

La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario, tra cui pentole, utensili, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, frullatore, così come una sala da pranzo. Basta portare alcuni elementi essenziali di cibo e fare a casa!

La terrazza della piscina a Surfside dispone di una grande piscina riscaldata, piscina per bambini, vasca idromassaggio, sauna e docce per la vostra convenienza. Le dotazioni di Surfside includono anche un ponte sportivo con campi da tennis, nonché uno spazio per il basket e la pallavolo. Da piscine vi è l'accesso alla spiaggia senza attraversare strade.

Great location.

Great location for the music festival, the beach and restaurants. Condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen ware. Beds were very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay! Weather was great, beach chair umbrella/ chair rentals was easy, great bar/ restaurant on the beach. Great location! Walkable to many things to do. Owners communicated well. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Destin Spring Break

The Condo was a great size for my family. Just an issue with the rolling closet doors, no big deal. The beach was a little over crowded.

Great for large family

There is enough room for everything and everyone…. Beds are very comfortable Water pressure is amazing In the showers Plenty of dishware/glasses/silverware Cooking utensils, pots pans The owners were easy to work with. Some things need updating but that no way had any effect on our family vacation Thank you Hopfl’s!!!!

Big and spacious

Televisions in the rooms just were a video cassette usable chairs and table full of rust and not usable couches and sheets dirty. Needs to deep clean and upgrade furniture and it will be a great room

Great Location

Not enough elevators for suche a large condominium and one was down only leaving 1 small elevator. Condo could have been a little cleaner, actually found some pills in one of the rooms on the floor. Condo needs some updating but overall was a nice room. Just think the building could be better.

Nice but could be better

Clean, beds were comfortable. Nice and roomy. Kitchen well stocked. However, the decor was very, very dated. Really needs to be updated. Slats on sliding doors were pretty dirty. Two of the three plastic chairs on deck were broken. Table and chairs were very rusted. I sliced the back of my heel on the bottom of a jagged, rusty chair while trying to scoot it up. Check in process was horrible. Not letting anyone in until exactly 4:00 was ridiculous and so unnecessary. It caused a huge back up and congestion in the lobby, not to mention lengthy lines at the elevator. All our years in going on vacation early check ALWAYS happens when the room is ready.

HOT rental

The air conditioning was not working for the first 3 days. The temperature never got below 78 degrees in the condo. I reached out to the owners and maintenance 2 or 3 times regarding the A/C and there were no wash cloths or hand towels available. The unit is extremely outdated. The sliding shower doors kept coming off tract or would not slide at all. And the hot water came in and out while showering. You cannot access the beach from this building without walking across the catwalk and down 2 stories of steps or thru a gate at the road without a passcode after 8a.m. Once we arrived there was broken glass on the balcony which makes me wonder with carpet in the unit how clean the unit actually was. The condo was larger enough for the family thats was a positive! If the unit was undated (flooring- beds- appliances- fixtures etc..) it would have been worth the price we paid. Otherwise---no.

Frustrated

We enjoyed our stay but several things happened during our stay that were frustrating. We arrived around 10 pm and the front desk had closed that day at 6. That is where we were told to get our parking pass. We tracked a security guard down and were able to get one. There were no resort bands in the room. The next morning we inquired at the front desk and were told to get them from our owners. Messaged the owners and were told they were in the apartment. I informed they were not. He advised to borrow from the front desk. I told him the front desk said they only provide them for properties they rent. The bands arrived our last night there. The master shower had a slow drain. Messaged the owners. After several messages back and forth with the owner who lives in New York, we had plumbers and friends in and out trying different remedies and the tub/shower was finally unclogged. That occurred our last day. We were there for 6 nights!!!! We enjoyed our time but these things along with a few other minor incidences were frustrating for what we paid to stay there. When I reached out to the owners on two occasions after we left regarding a partial refund for our troubles, I was completely ignored. Super frustrating!!!

Cute place, a little outdated decor. And checked in on Saturday evening, front desk closed?.. so we couldn’t get parking passes til Monday.. worried about cars til then. But overall the condo itself was great.. clean, had everything we needed. Beach condo workers fussed at me about having an oversized umbrella that has “arms” that come down to fill with sand.. they wouldn’t let me put sand in them. But luckily the wind never took my umbrella out of the sand. Great location for condo. We had a great time.

Great location. The resort is nice and across the street from nice beaches. The pool is a bit small. Room/resort was very clean. It worked great for me and my family! It met all of our needs. Big balcony with a nice view.

Enjoyed our stay, parking not so much

Pros: close to beach, great restaurant, clean Cons: dated (mirrored walls made lay out even more confusing), slow elevators, but the worst part was that the parking garage has a maximum height allowance of 6’8”. Nowhere in the listing or in correspondence was there mention of this. My family traveled in three vehicles, of which zero were able to park in the garage. We circled and waited for spots to open outside to park then had to rent golf carts to get around town for fear of losing a spot if we moved. Also, one of the golf carts scraped the ceiling of the garage!

This property is exactly as described. Plenty of beds and rooms. Owners were an easy text or phone call away. Really great access to the beach. Great restaurant in resort. Would stay again.

Great affordable restaurants, with many specialty restaurants, friendly to children, many with spectacular views of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. Golf for all variety of players, some championship and others for the normal hacker, but all enjoyable and affordable with very little wait time. Many good tennis players in the area. Best fishing in the South with a reputation for wonderful catches.
