Set on two private acres of land, summer nights can be spent grilling, reading or napping on the hanging daybeds, playing lawn games and relaxing in the pool. An easy drive to town. Three floors of living space. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with king bed, one with 2 twins) with shared balcony, as well as a full bath. Main level has living room, kitchen, dining area. Living area opens out to deck and pool area. Basement has bedroom with 1 queen bed and twin over full bunk bed, as well as full bath and laundry room. Plenty of parking. Pool cabana with 2 outdoor showers and half bath. Please note that this rental is for the guest house with use of pool, cabana, and all outdoor amenities. Main house and garage will be closed/locked but outdoor decks on main house are free to be used. No pets allowed.
